西安市典型路段城市公交循环工况的研究

【摘要】:随着城市化进程的不断加快,城市人口不断增加,汽车数量激增,交通拥堵经常发生,逐渐成为城市建设的一大问题。公交先行已成为城市减缓交通拥堵的重要措施。建立体现城市公交车辆行驶特征的代表性循环工况,以针对城市车辆运行特点进行城市客车的动力系统匹配,对改善车辆的经济性和排放特性具有重要意义。 为给客车企业提供车辆动力匹配的基础数据,论文以企业项目“西安市循环工况的研究”为背景,在了解西安城市公交车辆运行情况的基础上,选取典型路段建立西安城市公交车辆的循环工况。对西安市的客流规律、公交线路及运行公交车辆等进行调研,得到西安城市公交的基本特征,并以CNG城市公交为研究对象,利用GPS无线接收模块进行数据采集,将数据分割成若干个站点运动区间并求解其特征值。采用SPSS中的主成分分析和聚类分析将站点运动区间分成代表不同运行特征的类别,以此构建西安典型路段城市公交循环工况,并与其他典型工况对比得出西安城市公交循环工况自身特点。 利用ADVISOR建立试验车辆仿真模型,并在已建立的西安城市公交循环工况和国家标准四工况下分别进行百公里燃气消耗量的仿真,与实际百公里燃气消耗量相比得到国家标准四工况不能真实反映西安城市公交运行特征。基于已建立的西安城市公交循环工况,,通过对试验车辆动力性和燃气经济性的分析计算,在发动机功率配备方面提出既满足动力性又能提高燃气经济性的改进建议,论文研究对节能减排,改善环境有很重要的作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of urbanization, the urban population is increasing, the number of cars is increasing, and traffic jams often occur, which has become a major problem in urban construction. Public transportation has become an important measure to reduce traffic congestion in cities. It is of great significance to improve the economic and emission characteristics of urban buses by establishing typical cycle conditions that reflect the driving characteristics of urban public transport vehicles in order to match the power system of urban buses according to the running characteristics of urban vehicles. In order to provide bus enterprises with the basic data of vehicle power matching, this paper takes the enterprise project "the study of Xi'an City cycle working condition" as the background, on the basis of understanding the running situation of Xi'an city public transport vehicles. Select typical sections to establish the cycle of Xi'an urban public transport vehicles. The basic characteristics of Xi'an urban public transport are obtained by investigating the rules of passenger flow, bus lines and running buses in Xi'an, and taking CNG urban public transport as the research object, using GPS wireless receiving module to collect data. The data is divided into several stations moving intervals and their eigenvalues are solved. In this paper, the principal component analysis and cluster analysis in SPSS are used to divide the station movement interval into categories representing different operation characteristics, so as to construct a typical section of Xi'an urban public transport cycle. And compare with other typical working conditions to get the characteristics of Xi'an urban public transport cycle. The simulation model of test vehicle is established by using ADVISOR, and the 100 km gas consumption is simulated under the established cycle condition of Xi'an city public transportation and the national standard four working conditions, respectively. Compared with the actual consumption of 100 km gas, the four working conditions of national standard can not truly reflect the running characteristics of Xi'an urban public transportation. Based on the established working conditions of Xi'an city public transportation cycle, through the analysis and calculation of the power performance and gas economy of the test vehicle, the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the power allocation of the engine, which can not only meet the power performance but also improve the fuel gas economy. The research in this paper plays an important role in saving energy and reducing emissions and improving the environment.
