ATB-30在高速公路下面层的应用技术研究

【摘要】:大粒径沥青稳定碎石混合料具有良好的防止反射裂缝和抗车辙能力,主要用于沥青路面结构的基层,国内对大粒径沥青混合料应用于沥青路面下面层的研究尚处于初步阶段,本论文对沥青稳定碎石混合料(ATB-30)应用于沥青路面下面层的技术进行了详细的研究。 本论文分析研究了沥青混合料的结构特性、强度形成机理,针对某高速公路,,提出了ATB-30原材料的技术性能要求,采用大型马歇尔试验法对ATB-30进行配合比设计,并对所选级配对应的沥青混合料,进行车辙试验以及水稳定性试验等。通过分析比较,提出了ATB-30下面层综合性能最优的生产配合比结果,以《公路沥青路面施工技术规范》(JTG F40-2004)为依据,从施工准备、沥青混合料的拌和、运输、摊铺、碾压以及接缝处理等方面对大粒径沥青稳定碎石(ATB-30)下面层的施工技术进行了研究,提出了沥青稳定碎石混合料下面层的施工技术方案以及施工质量控制体系。
[Abstract]:The asphalt stabilized macadam mixture with large particle size has good ability to prevent reflection crack and resist rutting, which is mainly used in the base course of asphalt pavement structure. The research on the application of large size asphalt mixture to the lower layer of asphalt pavement is still in the initial stage in our country. In this paper, the technology of asphalt stabilized macadam mixture (ATB-30) applied to asphalt pavement underlayer is studied in detail. In this paper, the structure characteristics and strength forming mechanism of asphalt mixture are analyzed and studied. Aiming at a freeway, the technical performance requirements of ATB-30 raw materials are put forward, and the mix ratio of ATB-30 is designed by using large-scale Marshall test method. Rutting test and water stability test were carried out for asphalt mixture corresponding to the selected gradation. Through analysis and comparison, this paper puts forward the optimum production mix ratio result of the comprehensive performance of ATB-30 underlayer, based on the Technical Specification for Highway Asphalt pavement Construction (JTG F40-2004), from the aspects of construction preparation, mixing, transportation and spreading of asphalt mixture, In the aspects of rolling and joint treatment, the construction technology of ATB-30 lower layer is studied, and the construction technology scheme and construction quality control system of asphalt stabilized macadam mixture are put forward.
