北京市道路交通可变信息板布点方法研究

【摘要】:摘要:随着我国社会经济的快速发展,机动车数量不断增加,随之产生的城市交通拥堵状况日益严峻。为缓解交通拥堵压力,我国相关部门采取了一系列有力措施。其中智能交通系统的广泛应用起到了关键性作用,而可变信息板(VMS)作为城市智能交通系统中的重要组成部分,在车流有效引导中发挥的效用愈来愈大。本文的研究工作主要是围绕北京市道路交通可变信息板的布点方法展开。 本文首先概述了可变信息板诱导系统的定义及分类,并在对可变信息板诱导系统发布的信息内容及其生成方式分析的基础上给出了可变信息板信息诱导工作流程;通过对北京市可变信息板布局现状的分析,总结出了北京市可变信息板布局原则,并在此基础上,对北京市可变信息板布点影响因素进行了分析;通过对不同用户诱导信息需求的分析,给出了正确的可变信息板布点指标,并根据可变信息板的原始数据需求分析和确定的布点指标,采集并处理了相关交通状态数据。其次,在研究可变信息板布点方法中,本文介绍了一种基于灰色局势决策的VMS布点方法,通过对灰色局势决策的概念介绍和原理分析,给出了应用其进行可变信息板布点的方法步骤,并以北京市某区域实际路网为例,验证分析了该布点方法的有效性和实用性。在对现有可变信息板布点方法研究的基础上,本文建立了以可变信息板信息效用最大化为目标的优化模型,并采用模拟退火算法对其进行了求解,验证分析了该方法的特点和优势。最后,以方案的准确性和可靠性为原则,对两种可变信息板布点方法进行了对比分析,发现用本文所提出的基于模拟退火算法的VMS布点方法要优于用灰色局势决策的VMS布点方法。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: with the rapid development of social economy in China, the number of motor vehicles is increasing, and the urban traffic congestion is becoming more and more serious. In order to alleviate the pressure of traffic congestion, our relevant departments have taken a series of powerful measures. The wide application of intelligent transportation system plays a key role, and the variable information board (VMS), as an important part of urban intelligent transportation system, plays a more and more important role in the effective guidance of traffic flow. The research work of this paper is mainly focused on the location method of Beijing road traffic variable information board. In this paper, the definition and classification of variable information board induction system are summarized, and the workflow of variable information board information induction system is given on the basis of the analysis of the information content and generation method of the variable information board induction system. Based on the analysis of the present situation of the variable information board layout in Beijing, the principle of the variable information board layout in Beijing is summarized, and on this basis, the influencing factors of the variable information board placement in Beijing are analyzed. Through the analysis of different users' induced information demand, the correct variable information board placement index is given, and the relevant traffic state data are collected and processed according to the analysis of the original data requirement of the variable information board and the determined layout index. Secondly, in the study of variable information board placement method, this paper introduces a VMS placement method based on grey situation decision, and introduces the concept and principle of grey situation decision making. The method and procedure of variable information board placement are given. The validity and practicability of the method are verified and analyzed by taking the actual road network in a certain area of Beijing as an example. Based on the research of the existing variable information board placement methods, an optimization model with the aim of maximizing the information utility of the variable information board is established, and the simulated annealing algorithm is used to solve the problem. The characteristics and advantages of this method are verified and analyzed. Finally, based on the principle of accuracy and reliability of the scheme, two kinds of variable information board placement methods are compared and analyzed. It is found that the proposed VMS placement method based on simulated annealing algorithm is better than the VMS placement method based on grey situation decision.
