山地城市交通分区技术政策研究

【摘要】:随着社会.经.济的不.断发展.,城市.交.通问题.日.益突.显,尤其是在东.部沿海.相.对发达.的地区.;而随着我国西.部大开.发战略.的实施,越来越多西部.城.市的城.市交通.发展.也出现.了类似.东部.地.区的问.题;同时,城市化进程的加快,使得城市内部.出现了城市.功能.和用.地性质.不同.的区域.,导致.不同.区.域间的交.通.特征呈现出越来越明显的差.异性。在这种社会发展背景下,城市交通分区理念应运而生。本文在查阅国内外交通分区相关文献、总结.前人.研.究成果.、借.鉴他人.经验的基.础上,通过分析山地城市特征及城市交通交通特征,将聚类方法应用到山地城市交通分区中去,尝试运用选定获取的指.标数据.对给定.的交通.地图.进.行交通.分.区,具体研究内容如下: ①针对当前城市交通存在的问题,分析城市交通分区的必要性;在总结和借鉴前人研究成果和经验的基础上,探讨了进行城市交通分区划分的基本思路; ②对城市交通分区的技术方法进行探索。在分析常用的交通分区方法局限性的情况下,探索分析了几种聚类方法在城市交通分区中的适应性,再综合比较了各聚类方法的优缺点的基础上,最终确定了采用灰色聚类算法进行城市交通分区; ③以山地城市为分区研究对象,对山地城市的城市特征及城市交通特征进行了分析,在明确山地城市交通分区体系构建目标和原则的基础上,构建完成了山地城市交通分区体系,并对影响各层面交通分区的因素进行了分析,构建了山地城市交通分区指标体系; ④以重庆市南岸区为例,完成了南岸区交通分区的划分及分类,对不同层次不同类型的交通分区提出了技术政策建议。并将分区结果与实际情况进行了对比,,对山地城市交通技术政策进行了具体的应用。

The basis of experience Based on the analysis of the characteristics of mountainous cities and urban traffic, the clustering method is applied to the traffic zoning of mountainous cities. Mark data. On the basis of analyzing the limitations of common traffic zoning methods, the adaptability of several clustering methods in urban traffic zoning is explored, and the advantages and disadvantages of each clustering method are compared synthetically. Finally, the grey clustering algorithm is used to partition the urban traffic. (3) taking mountainous city as the research object, this paper analyzes the urban characteristics and urban traffic characteristics of mountainous city, and on the basis of defining the objectives and principles of constructing mountainous city traffic zoning system, The system of traffic zoning in mountainous cities is constructed, and the factors affecting traffic zoning at all levels are analyzed, and the index system of traffic zoning in mountainous cities is constructed. (4) taking Nanan District of Chongqing as an example, the division and classification of traffic zoning in Nanan District are completed, and technical policy suggestions for different levels and different types of traffic zoning are put forward. Finally, the paper compares the result with the actual situation, and makes a concrete application of the traffic technology policy in mountainous cities.
