钢—混凝土混合梁桥无格室结合段受力性能的数值分析

【摘要】:目前世界上已有多座钢-混凝土混合梁桥工程实例,但国内外尚无针对混合梁桥结合段的设计规范,设计依据不足;针对结合段的研究主要是对某项具体工程进行分析,而针对某一类型结合段的研究较少;针对PBL剪力键的研究主要采用推出试验的方式,但推出实验难以反映PBL剪力键在实际工程中真实的工作状态。基于以上原因,本文针对钢-混凝土混合梁桥无格室结合段及其内部PBL剪力键进行分析研究,所得结论可为混合梁桥结合段设计提供参考。 首先利用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立无格室结合段模型,分析模型在纵向弯矩、轴向力以及压弯荷载作用下的变形及应力分布情况,研究无格室结合段的受力性能;其次建立对照模型,对比分析钢箱梁过渡段加劲肋、承压板以及混合区钢顶、底板在结合段中的作用;最后建立带有PBL剪力键的无格室结合段局部模型,分析PBL剪力键在结合段中的受力状态,对局部模型进行参数化分析,研究五种参数对PBL剪力键在无格室结合段中抗剪性能的影响。 研究结果表明:钢箱梁过渡段加劲肋对无格室结合段整体受力与传力性能有较大影响;钢箱梁顶、底板伸入混凝土箱梁能够避免承压板附近发生应力集中;增大PBL剪力键开孔直径与钢板厚度、提高混凝土的强度等级以及设置孔内贯穿钢筋均能提高PBL剪力键在无格室结合段中的抗剪性能。
[Abstract]:At present, there are many examples of steel-concrete hybrid beam bridge in the world, but there is no design code for the composite beam bridge at home and abroad, so the design basis is insufficient. The research on the combination section is mainly about the analysis of a specific project, but the research on a certain type of joint section is less. The research on PBL shear bond mainly adopts the way of deducing test, but the deductive experiment can hardly reflect the real working state of PBL shear bond in the actual project. Based on the above reasons, this paper analyzes and studies the gridless section of steel-concrete hybrid beam bridge and its internal PBL shear bond. The conclusions obtained can provide a reference for the design of the composite section of the composite beam bridge. In this paper, the finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to establish the gridless chamber joint segment model. The deformation and stress distribution of the model under longitudinal bending moment, axial force and compression and bending loads are analyzed, and the mechanical behavior of the latticeless chamber joint section is studied. Secondly, a comparative model is established to analyze the effect of stiffening rib, bearing plate, steel roof and bottom plate in the steel box girder transition section. Finally, the local model of the cell-free chamber joint segment with PBL shear key is established, and the stress state of the PBL shear key in the joint segment is analyzed, and the parametric analysis of the local model is carried out. The effects of five parameters on the shear resistance of PBL shear bond in latticess bonding section were studied. The results show that the stiffening ribs in the transition section of the steel box girder have a great influence on the integral force and force transfer performance of the latticeless box girder, and the stress concentration in the concrete box girder can be avoided by the steel box girder roof and the bottom slab extending into the concrete box girder. Increasing the diameter of PBL shear bond and the thickness of steel plate, increasing the strength grade of concrete and setting the reinforcement through the hole can improve the shear resistance of the PBL shear bond in the latticeless chamber joint.
