砼砂基透水砖制备与铺装设计研究

【摘要】:透水铺装可以有效降低城市内涝风险,缓解城市水资源紧张状况和热岛效应、雨岛效应等种种生态问题,本文在此背景下开展透水铺装的研究。首先进行了新型透水铺装面层材料—砂基透水砖的试验制备,成功制备出在物理性能上满足国家行业标准且造价较低廉的砼砂基透水砖,然后就目前国内透水性铺装理论研究落后于实践的现象,对其铺装设计进行了分析,最后以大连市为研究区域,进行了新型透水人行道的结构设计。主要内容有以下几个方面: (1)研究了以水泥作为粘结剂,沙漠中的烘干砂为主要骨料,添加少量粗骨料和添加剂,通过预留透水孔保证砖体的透水性,制备高强多孔砼砂基透水砖的可行性。对制备的产品进行了抗压强度、透水性、保水性等基本物理性能测试,并对产品造价进行了估算,分析了应用前景。试验结果显示超过一半的试验组次抗压强度可达60MPa以上,抗压强度最小的一组,其平均抗压强度也达到了34.9MPa,超过了我国建材行业标准中Cc30透水砖的抗压强度不低于30.OMPa的要求;预设的透水孔保证了砼透水砖的透水性,并且考虑到人行道舒适性及避免出现堵塞现象,将透水孔设计为上小下大;研制产品每平米成本大都在60~100元,与同类产品相比较低,具备一定的价格优势,推广应用前景良好。 (2)目前透水铺装已经在国内部分城市得到了应用,但是对透水铺装的研究多集中在面层材料方面,对透水性铺装结构的研究较少,还没有与之配套的理论分析及设计方法。本文在阅读相关文献的基础上对透水铺装的分类、常见结构形式进行了介绍,通过对其透水机理的分析研究,总结了透水铺装设计的基本原理、设计参数和步骤流程。最后针对国内外在透水路面使用过程中出现的结构性破坏和功能性损失这两种典型问题进行了总结并分析了原因,提出了一些应对办法。 (3)以大连市为研究区域,参照本研究试验和透水铺装设计分析成果,对大连市的透水人行道结构进行了设计研究,提出了新型透水人行道结构,为大连市透水铺装的推广应用提供评估和参考的依据。
[Abstract]:Permeable pavement can effectively reduce the risk of urban waterlogging, alleviate the urban water resources stress, heat island effect, rain island effect and other ecological problems. In this context, the research of permeable pavement is carried out in this paper. Firstly, a new type of permeable surfacing material, sand based permeable brick, was prepared, and the concrete sand based permeable brick, which met the national standard in physical properties and was cheaper in cost, was successfully prepared. Then, the phenomenon that the theory of permeable pavement is behind the practice is analyzed. Finally, the structure design of the new permeable sidewalk is carried out with Dalian as the research area. The main contents are as follows: (1) the water permeability of brick body is ensured by reserving water permeable hole, using cement as binder, drying sand in desert as main aggregate and adding a small amount of coarse aggregate and additive. The feasibility of preparing high strength porous concrete sand-based permeable brick. The basic physical properties of the prepared products, such as compressive strength, water permeability and water retention, were tested, and the cost of the products was estimated, and the application prospect was analyzed. The test results show that the secondary compressive strength of more than half of the test groups is above 60MPa, and the average compressive strength of the group with the lowest compressive strength is 34.9 MPA. The compressive strength of Cc30 permeable brick is not lower than that of 30.OMPa. The preset permeable hole ensures the permeability of the concrete permeable brick, and considering the comfort of the sidewalk and avoiding the phenomenon of clogging, the permeable hole is designed for the upper, smaller and bigger; The cost per square meter of the developed product is mostly 60,100 yuan, which is lower than the similar products, has certain price advantage, and has a good prospect of popularization and application. (2) at present, permeable pavement has been applied in some cities in our country, but the research on permeable pavement is mostly focused on surface layer material, and the research on permeable pavement structure is less, and there is no corresponding theoretical analysis and design method. This paper introduces the classification and common structure of permeable pavement on the basis of reading relevant documents. Through the analysis and study of its permeable mechanism, the basic principle, design parameters and procedure flow of permeable pavement design are summarized. Finally, this paper summarizes and analyzes the two typical problems of structural damage and functional loss in the process of using permeable pavement, and puts forward some countermeasures. (3) taking Dalian as the research area, referring to the research experiment and the design and analysis results of the permeable pavement, the structure of the permeable sidewalk in Dalian is designed and studied, and a new type of permeable pavement structure is put forward. It provides the basis of evaluation and reference for the popularization and application of permeable pavement in Dalian.
