一级公路改造工程路基拓宽差异沉降数值分析

【摘要】:近年来很多地方为了提高区域的运输效能,陆续对原有的道路进行扩建改造。由于新老路基的固结度不同,致使新路基的沉降大于老路沉降,这就出现了差异沉降。差异沉降过大会造成路面结构破坏,严重时会导致路基失稳。减小路基差异沉降是道路改扩建工程的主要技术难题。本论文结合某一级公路改造工程,采用数值方法对路基差异沉降的防治措施进行分析,主要内容归纳如下: (1)数值计算方法在土的固结沉降问题中的应用 采用基于Biot固结理论的有限元分析方法,通过算例与经典的Terzaghi固结理论结果进行对比,验证本文采用的数值计算方法的可靠性。 (2)路基拓宽差异沉降特性及差异沉降指标 在总结国内外公路改扩建工程实践的基础上,分析了路基差异沉降产生的病害和原因。运用分析软件模拟了路基拓宽工程的差异沉降变形、应力分布、孔隙压力变化。根据路面结构层的弯拉强度确定差异沉降控制指标。 (3)一级公路差异沉降防治措施分析 结合安徽蚌埠市蚌固一级公路改造工程的实际拼接加宽方式和地质条件,选取典型的路基拓宽截面,采用数值方法,分别对拼接拓宽方式、拼接坡率及台阶尺寸、土工格栅设置等方面对拓宽路基沉降变形进行分析,,并对其效果进行分析总结并提出相应的建议。 论文中的若干结论可为类似的课题及工程设计提供参考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, in order to improve the efficiency of regional transportation, many places have carried on the expansion and transformation of the original road. Because the consolidation degree of new and old subgrade is different, the settlement of new subgrade is larger than that of old road. The pavement structure is damaged by the differential settlement, which will lead to the instability of the roadbed. Reducing subgrade differential settlement is the main technical problem of road reconstruction and extension project. In this paper, the prevention and treatment measures of differential settlement of subgrade are analyzed by numerical method combined with a first class highway reconstruction project. The main contents are summarized as follows: (1) the application of numerical method in the settlement of soil consolidation using the finite element analysis method based on Biot consolidation theory is compared with the results of classical Terzaghi consolidation theory. The reliability of the numerical method used in this paper is verified. (2) on the basis of summing up the practice of highway reconstruction and extension project at home and abroad, the characteristics and index of subgrade widening differential settlement are analyzed, and the diseases and causes of subgrade differential settlement are analyzed. The differential settlement deformation, stress distribution and pore pressure change of roadbed widening project are simulated by using analysis software. According to the flexural tensile strength of pavement structure layer, the differential settlement control index is determined. (3) the prevention and treatment measures of differential settlement of first-class highway are analyzed and combined with the actual splicing widening mode and geological conditions of the first class highway reconstruction project in Bengbu City, Anhui Province. The typical roadbed widening section is selected and the numerical method is adopted. The settlement and deformation of widening roadbed are analyzed from the aspects of splicing widening mode, splicing slope ratio and step size, geogrid setting, etc., and the results are analyzed and summarized and corresponding suggestions are put forward. Some conclusions in this paper can provide reference for similar subjects and engineering design.
