寒冷地区耐久性沥青混凝土路面材料组成设计与性能研究

【摘要】:本文主要针对我国寒冷地区沥青混凝土路面的常见病害,开裂和老化进行了研究,并分析其成因及机理。为了解决此类地区沥青混凝土路面的开裂和老化问题,对沥青混合料的材料组成设计进行了优化,并研究其路用性能。结合当地的气候特征,选择在寒冷地区广泛应用的悬浮密实型沥青混合料AC-13作为研究对象,对马歇尔设计方法中沥青用量的确定方法进行了优化。由于寒冷地区海拔较高,紫外线照射较为强烈,该类地区沥青老化现象非常严重。为此,本文在研究沥青混合料低温性能时,分别采用基质及经过了短期老化和长期老化的沥青混合料作为研究对象,研究沥青混合料老化状态同低温性能之间的关系。试验结果表明,沥青混合料的低温抗裂性受长期老化的影响较大,综合比较各项性能指标发现,宜采用低温弯曲破坏而产生的应变能密度临界值衰减速率,作为沥青混合料老化后的低温抗裂性的评价指标。最后,在寒冷地区施工的道路,改性热拌沥青混合料的施工温度要求普遍较高,在较低环境温度下施工和易性变差,容易导致路面的早期开裂。掺加PRLT的沥青混合料能够使施工温度降低至130℃左右,具有较好的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性及水稳定性,是解决寒冷地区热拌沥青混合料施工问题的有效措施。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the common diseases, cracking and aging of asphalt concrete pavement in cold area of China are studied, and its causes and mechanism are analyzed. In order to solve the problem of cracking and aging of asphalt concrete pavement in this area, the material composition design of asphalt mixture is optimized and its road performance is studied. Based on the local climate characteristics, the AC-13 of suspended dense asphalt mixture, which is widely used in cold regions, is selected as the research object, and the determination method of asphalt content in Marshall design method is optimized. Because of the high altitude and strong ultraviolet radiation in the cold area, the aging phenomenon of asphalt in this area is very serious. Therefore, in order to study the low-temperature performance of asphalt mixture, the relationship between the aging state of asphalt mixture and the low-temperature performance is studied by using the matrix and the asphalt mixture after short-term aging and long-term aging as the research object. The test results show that the low temperature crack resistance of asphalt mixture is greatly affected by long-term aging. Compared with each performance index, it is found that the critical value of strain energy density caused by low temperature bending failure should be used. As an evaluation index of low temperature crack resistance of asphalt mixture after aging. Finally, the construction temperature of the modified hot mix asphalt mixture is generally higher than that of the road in the cold area, and the construction and ease of construction under the lower ambient temperature will easily lead to the early cracking of the pavement.
