城际公交线网布设研究

【摘要】:随着经济社会的快速发展和出行条件的不断改善,相邻城市之间的联系越来越紧密,城市群和都市圈相继形成。在都市圈内,各城市之间的密切联系使得城际客流急剧增大,而公路客运发车频率低、换乘不便的弊端决定了它不能满足城际间短距离、高频率的居民出行的需求。本文结合居民出行需求,结合城际公交南都市圈的实际情况,对城际公交线路的布设方法进行了系统的研究。 首先,从城际公交的含义及基本形态、开行城际公交的基本条件、公路客运和城市公交与城际公交之间的区别、城际公交的优劣势等方面对城际公交的特性进行了系统的分析。 其次,在对典型公交线网布设方法的基本思想、基本原理、主要内容以及主要步骤进行分析的基础上,结合城际公交的特性,提出了基于“逐条布设、优化成网”为基础的城际公交线路的布设方法与优化方法。 再次,基于城乡公交一体化综合评价体系,结合城际公交的特性,从技术水平、服务水平、运营水平三个方面建立了城际公交线路综合评价体系,并对各评价指标进行了详细的量化。 最后,以济南都市圈为例,从经济社会发展情况、客流条件、道路状况等方面分析了城际公交在济南都市圈的适应性,在进行客流需求预测的基础上,布设出济南都市圈城际公交初始线网,并对其进行优化,,再从技术水平、运营水平、服务水平三个方面对线路进行了总体的评价,利用TransCAD进行了客流分配
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and society and the continuous improvement of travel conditions, the relationship between neighboring cities is becoming closer and closer, and urban agglomeration and metropolitan area have formed one after another. In the metropolitan area, the close relationship between the cities makes the inter-city passenger flow increase sharply, while the low frequency of highway passenger transportation and the inconvenient transfer determine that it can not meet the needs of the residents who travel between cities at short distance and high frequency. According to the residents' travel demand and the actual situation of the South Metropolitan area of intercity public transport, this paper makes a systematic study on the layout method of intercity bus routes. First of all, the characteristics of intercity public transport are systematically analyzed from the following aspects: the meaning and basic form of intercity public transport, the basic conditions of intercity public transport, the difference between highway passenger transport and urban public transport and intercity public transport, and the advantages and disadvantages of intercity public transport. Secondly, on the basis of analyzing the basic idea, basic principle, main contents and main steps of the typical bus network layout method, combining the characteristics of intercity public transportation, the paper puts forward the method based on "layout one by one." The layout method and optimization method of intercity transit line based on the optimization of network formation. Thirdly, based on the integrated comprehensive evaluation system of urban and rural public transport, combined with the characteristics of inter-city public transport, from the technical level, service level, operation level of three aspects of the comprehensive evaluation system of inter-city bus routes, The evaluation indexes are quantified in detail. Finally, taking Jinan Metropolitan Circle as an example, this paper analyzes the adaptability of inter-city public transport in Jinan Metropolitan area from the aspects of economic and social development, passenger flow conditions, road conditions, etc. On the basis of forecasting passenger flow demand, The initial intercity bus network of Jinan Metropolitan Circle is set up and optimized. Then the overall evaluation of the line is made from three aspects: technical level, operation level and service level, and the passenger flow distribution is carried out by using TransCAD.
