重庆千厮门嘉陵江大桥钢桁梁合龙施工与控制技术

【摘要】:钢桁梁斜拉梁桥是传统的斜拉桥与钢桁梁桥结合在一起的协作体系桥梁结构,是一种介于一般斜拉桥与钢桥之间的新桥型,兼具了斜拉桥和钢桥的特点,更接近有体外预应力的连续梁桥。钢桁梁斜拉桥在城市中航空限高或者景观要求限高的情况下,综合了斜拉桥造型优美的特点,同时提高了钢桁梁的跨越能力,优化的结构受力,同时可以公路与轨道共用,经济美观,在城市桥梁建设中被广泛采用。 本文通过设置重庆千厮门嘉陵江大桥工程为基本研究模型,针对钢桁梁斜拉桥的力学性能与施工技术对大桥的相关进行了学习和研究工作。千厮门大桥合龙施工存在钢桁梁刚度大、合龙点空间坐标的变化因素多、受温度影响大、合龙精度要求高等难点,为了使大桥工程能够顺利建成,通过长期在施工现场的学习和研究,本文将主要解决以下两个技术方面的问题: ①开展了钢桁梁斜拉桥合龙施工关键技术的研究,内容包括大桥总体施工工艺,合龙总体情况及施工重难点分析、钢桁梁合龙方案比选、合龙前准备工作、合龙段安装基本顺序及具体步骤、敏感性分析、调整措施、临时锁定方式等。 ②开展了钢桁斜拉梁桥合龙控制技术研究,内容包括施工控制的总体方法与内容、合龙控制的目标及仿真分析、参数敏感性分析、合龙控制的实施以及最后的控制成果。 通过本课题的研究,即可解决依托工程面临的难题,又可为类似桥梁建设提供借鉴,同时对提升行业技术水平有着积极意义。
[Abstract]:The steel truss cable-stayed girder bridge is a kind of new type bridge between the general cable-stayed bridge and the steel bridge, which is a traditional cable-stayed bridge combined with the steel-truss bridge. It has the characteristics of both the cable-stayed bridge and the steel bridge. It is closer to the continuous beam bridge with external prestressing force. Steel truss girder cable-stayed bridge in the case of limited height of urban aeronautics or landscape requirements, integrates the characteristics of beautiful shape of cable-stayed bridge, at the same time improves the span ability of steel truss beam, optimizes the structural force, and can be shared by highway and track at the same time. Economic and beautiful, is widely used in urban bridge construction. In this paper, by setting up the basic research model of the Jialing River Bridge in Chongqing, the paper studies and researches the related work of the bridge based on the mechanical properties and construction technology of the steel truss cable-stayed bridge. There are many difficulties in the closure construction of the Qianshuomen Bridge, such as the rigidity of the steel truss beam, the variation factors of the space coordinate of the closing point, the influence of temperature, the high precision requirement of the closure, etc., in order to make the bridge project be built smoothly, Through long-term study and research on the construction site, this paper will mainly solve the following two technical problems: 1. The key technology of the closure construction of the steel truss cable-stayed bridge is studied, including the overall construction technology of the bridge. Analysis of the overall situation and construction difficulties of closure, comparison and selection of steel truss closure scheme, preparation work before closure, basic sequence and concrete steps of closure section installation, sensitivity analysis, adjustment measures, temporary locking mode, etc. 2. The research on closing control technology of steel truss cable-stayed girder bridge is carried out, including the overall method and content of construction control, the object and simulation analysis of closure control, the sensitivity analysis of parameters, the implementation of closure control and the final control results. Through the research of this subject, we can solve the difficult problems faced by relying engineering, and can provide reference for similar bridge construction, and have positive significance to improve the technical level of the industry at the same time.
