基于压缩感知的桥梁结构快速移动无线传感检测技术

【摘要】:桥梁结构的健康监测技术是土木工程领域多学科交叉研究的热点方向之一,基于无线传感网络的结构健康监测技术近年来被广泛应用。本文基于应用数学中最新的研究成果压缩感知理论,结合无线传感器技术,针对目前城市区域中小桥梁快速检测的难题,提出桥梁结构快速检测的移动无线传感技术。针对移动状态下无线传感网络数据丢失的问题,提出了基于压缩感知的无线传感网络数据丢失恢复算法,并提出了基于快速移动无线传感技术的桥梁结构模态测试方法。 本文主要研究内容包括: 研究快速移动无线传感网络在无线传输中的数据丢失规律以及数据丢失的原因。采用无线传感器,开展了直线快速移动和圆形环绕快速移动两种工况下的无线传感器数据传输实验,研究无线基站接收采样数据的丢包率与基站移动速度的相关关系,并探寻快速移动无线传感网络无线传输数据丢失的内在原因。 研究基于压缩感知理论的桥梁结构快速检测移动无线传感技术的数据丢失恢复方法,,首先依据哈尔滨松浦大桥现场实测的无线传感器数据,分析无线传感数据的丢失模式,然后对实验中采集的桥面加速度信号进行稀疏性分析,最后研究根据实测丢包情况下所提出方法的数据恢复效果,以及时域、频域的数据恢复误差。 研究基于快速移动无线传感网络桥梁结构模态测试技术,对哈尔滨松浦大桥进行模态测试实验,首先通过不同速度下的可移动基站获取在自然激励作用下桥面振动的加速度数据,然后通过压缩感知数据丢失恢复方法对丢包的数据进行恢复重构,进一步通过自然激励技术与特征系统识别算法相结合以识别松浦大桥的结构模态参数。最后通过与未丢包数据识别的模态参数进行对比,验证基于快速移动无线传感网络桥梁结构模态测试技术的可行性。
[Abstract]:The health monitoring technology of bridge structure is one of the hot topics in the field of civil engineering. The structure health monitoring technology based on wireless sensor network has been widely used in recent years. Based on the theory of compressed sensing in applied mathematics and the wireless sensor technology, this paper proposes a mobile wireless sensing technology for bridge structure fast detection, aiming at the difficult problem of rapid detection of small and medium-sized bridges in urban areas. Aiming at the problem of data loss in wireless sensor networks in mobile state, a data loss recovery algorithm based on compressed sensing is proposed, and a bridge structure modal testing method based on fast mobile wireless sensing technology is proposed. The main contents of this paper are as follows: the data loss rule and the reason of data loss in wireless transmission of fast mobile wireless sensor network are studied. Using wireless sensor, the experiment of wireless sensor data transmission is carried out under two working conditions: linear fast moving and circular fast moving, and the correlation between packet loss rate and base station moving speed of wireless base station receiving sampling data is studied. And explore the internal cause of wireless transmission data loss in fast mobile wireless sensor network. This paper studies the data loss recovery method of bridge structure detecting mobile wireless sensor technology based on compressed sensing theory. Firstly, according to the field measured wireless sensor data of Songpu Bridge in Harbin, the lost mode of wireless sensor data is analyzed. Then the sparsity analysis of the bridge acceleration signal collected in the experiment is carried out. Finally, the data recovery effect of the proposed method based on the experimental data loss and the data recovery errors in the time domain and frequency domain are studied. Based on the fast moving wireless sensor network bridge structure modal test technology, the modal test experiment of Harbin Songpu Bridge is studied. Firstly, the acceleration data of bridge deck vibration under natural excitation are obtained by mobile base station at different speeds, and then the packet lost data is reconstructed by compressed perceptual data loss recovery method. Furthermore, the modal parameters of Songpu Bridge are identified by the combination of natural excitation technique and feature system identification algorithm. Finally, the feasibility of bridge structure modal testing technology based on fast mobile wireless sensor network is verified by comparing with the modal parameters identified by the data without packet loss.
