利用三维激光扫描仪进行地铁隧道限界测量

【摘要】:轨道交通不断增多及其运行速度大幅提高,无疑对轨道限界检测的速度和质量提出了更高的要求。如何精确、高效地采集到隧道断面数据,根据采集的数据自动化地获取相关参数,并在此基础上进行相关分析与应用是国内隧道(地下空间)限界检测目前亟需的解决方案。针对上述问题,本文结合三维激光点云测量技术,提供了基于地面三维激光扫描仪的一体化、智能化隧道(地下空间)限界检测应用整体解决方案。经验证,该解决方案数据采集效率高,能够提取更为准确的断面数据成果,并一键智能地输出符合工程标准的限界检测报表。
[Abstract]:With the increasing of rail transit and its running speed, there is no doubt that the speed and quality of rail boundary detection should be higher. How to acquire the tunnel section data accurately and efficiently and automatically acquire the relevant parameters according to the collected data and carry on the correlation analysis and application on this basis is the urgent solution of the domestic tunnel (underground space) boundary detection at present. In view of the above problems, this paper provides an integrated and intelligent tunnel (underground space) boundary detection application solution based on 3D laser scanner based on 3D laser point cloud measurement technology. It is proved that the solution has high efficiency of data acquisition, can extract more accurate section data results, and intelligently outputs the boundary test report which conforms to engineering standard.
