吉林省高速公路路面路基病害同步检测的技术研究

【摘要】:随着吉林省经济的高速发展,汽车保有量大幅上升,高速公路的交通量逐年攀升,部分路段的峰值车流量已经接近甚至超出了当初的设计容量。吉林省位于东北平原中部,冬夏温差高达60摄氏度,恶劣的气候严重影响公路的使用寿命,伴随着大量的车辆通行,吉林省高速公路病害频繁发生。目前,吉林省高速公路管理部门面临着,养护资金不足,检测装备匮乏,检测手段落后,公路病害不能及时发现,道路维修时不得不封闭公路等诸多问题。本文在吉林省高速公路管理局的项目“高速公路病害无损检测的技术研究”的支撑下,提出了利用闲置的车辆,采购部分检测部件,组装一种低成本的简易路面路基病害同步检测车的想法。通过对同一病害图片进行特征分析,分别使用三种滤波方式进行图片降噪处理,经过对比选择了平稳小波阈值去噪算法作为路面病害图像的滤波处理方式;结合吉林省高速公路路基病害的实际情况,确定了采用探地雷达作为路基病害的检验工具。在简易检测车组装完成之后,在长吉高速K0-K40路段做了实际测试,通过与高级多功能检测车进行路面路基病害对比试验,获得了准确的测量数据。证明了简易检测车在路面路基病害检测两方面,都能够达到吉林省高速公路管理部门的实际生产要求,验证了利用闲置的车辆,采购部分检测部件,组装简易检测车对路面路基病害进行同步检测是完全可行的。并对简易检测车的应用前景做了展望,说明了如果该设备能够得到普及应用,不仅能够带来巨大的经济效益,还能够带来良好的社会效益,具有一定的推广价值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy in Jilin Province, the number of vehicles has increased greatly, and the traffic volume of expressway has increased year by year. The peak traffic volume of some sections of the highway has approached or even exceeded the original design capacity. Jilin Province is located in the middle of Northeast Plain, the temperature difference in winter and summer is as high as 60 degrees Celsius, the bad climate seriously affects the service life of highway, with a large number of vehicles passing through, highway diseases occur frequently in Jilin Province. At present, the highway management department in Jilin Province is faced with many problems, such as insufficient maintenance funds, lack of testing equipment, backward detection means, untimely detection of highway diseases, and closure of roads while maintaining roads. Supported by the project of Jilin Provincial Expressway Administration "Technical Research on Non-destructive Detection of Expressway Diseases", this paper puts forward the use of idle vehicles to purchase some testing parts. The idea of assembling a low-cost synchronous detection vehicle for pavement subgrade diseases. Through the feature analysis of the same disease image, three kinds of filtering methods are used to reduce the image noise, and the stationary wavelet threshold denoising algorithm is chosen as the filtering processing method of the road disease image. According to the actual condition of highway roadbed disease in Jilin province, the ground penetrating radar is adopted as the inspection tool of roadbed disease. After the assembly of the simple detection vehicle was completed, the actual test was made in the K0-K40 section of Changji Expressway, and the accurate measurement data were obtained by comparing the test with the advanced multi-function detection vehicle for pavement subgrade diseases. It is proved that the simple detection vehicle can meet the actual production requirements of the highway management department in Jilin Province in both aspects of pavement subgrade disease detection, and verify the use of idle vehicles to purchase some testing parts. It is feasible to assemble a simple detection vehicle to detect pavement subgrade diseases synchronously. The application prospect of simple inspection vehicle is prospected, and it is shown that if the equipment can be popularized and applied, it will not only bring great economic benefit, but also bring good social benefit, and it has certain popularization value.
