除雪车滚刷与振动铲电液控制系统研究

【摘要】:冬季积雪结冰是道路行驶安全的潜在威胁,而且冬季的事故发生率也特别高,大多数事故都与道路的积雪结冰有着直接或间接的关系。因此,冬季除冰雪是市政、道路以及机场养护部门的重点任务。 同时我国幅员辽阔,降雪范围大,地形复杂,除雪又是比较困难的。对公路与城市道路而言,保证道路的通畅,对交通安全尤为重要。因此高效、快速的除雪成为必然选择。我国目前除雪主要方式是靠机械除雪,研制经济、实用、高效、安全、功能强的道路除雪车显得十分迫切。同时这也是促进国家经济快速发展的强有力保证。 本文中的除雪车是在ZL50装载机底盘的基础上改装而成的。通过卸掉装载机原有的铲斗装置,装上推雪板、振动铲和滚刷工作装置,实现一机多用,充分的提高了装载机的使用率。本文首先设计除雪车的液压系统,并对液压系统的相关元件进行计算选型,然后利用AMESim软件对除雪车的液压系统进行建模和仿真,最后用PLC和PLCSIM软件分别对除雪车的电控系统进行编程和仿真,论证了除雪车液压系统和电控系统的可行性,保证了除雪车能安全、稳定、有效的工作。
[Abstract]:Snow icing in winter is a potential threat to road driving safety and the incidence of accidents in winter is especially high. Most accidents are directly or indirectly related to road snow icing. Therefore, winter snow and ice removal is a key task for the municipal, road and airport maintenance departments. At the same time, China has a vast territory, large range of snow, complex terrain, snow removal is more difficult. To the highway and the city road, it is very important for the traffic safety to ensure the smooth flow of the road. Therefore, efficient and rapid snow removal has become an inevitable choice. At present, the main way of snow removal in our country is to develop an economical, practical, efficient, safe and powerful road snow removing vehicle. At the same time, this is also a strong guarantee for the rapid development of the country's economy. The snowblower in this paper is modified based on the chassis of ZL50 loader. By removing the original bucket device of the loader, installing the pushing snowboard, vibrating shovel and rolling brush working device, a multi-purpose loader is realized, and the utilization rate of the loader is improved fully. In this paper, the hydraulic system of snow removal vehicle is designed firstly, and the relevant components of the hydraulic system are calculated and selected. Then, the hydraulic system of snow removal vehicle is modeled and simulated by using AMESim software. Finally, the PLC and PLCSIM software are used to program and simulate the electric control system of the snow removing vehicle, and the feasibility of the hydraulic system and the electric control system of the snow remover is demonstrated, which ensures the safe, stable and effective work of the snow remover.
