景观斜拉桥施工与监控技术研究

【摘要】:进入新世纪,我国经济取得了突飞猛进的发展。随着我国经济的发展,我国将进一步完善社会基础设施建设,因此这给我国桥梁事业的发展带来了前所未有的发展机遇。然而,如何运用好这次发展,对于我们来说事关重要;如何安全的对桥梁进行施工,避免施工过程中事故的发生,,对于我们来说更加重要。斜拉桥以其优美的线形、强大的跨越能力等优点,得到了桥梁界的青睐。然而斜拉桥的施工与其他桥梁有着很大的不同,其施工过程中不仅涉及到主梁的施工,而且涉及到斜拉索的安装等工作,因此斜拉桥的施工安全越来越受到社会大众、桥梁工作者的重视。 本文以邢台市南水北调总干渠的中兴大街景观桥为工程依托,研究斜拉索索力的测量方法,特别是基于振动测量的索力计算方法;研究桥梁施工方法与监控方法。在斜拉桥的施工中,主梁、桥塔、拉索的施工是施工中的重点。在施工监控作中,可以通过开环控制、反馈控制、自适应控制等监控思路来确定监控方案,通过倒拆法、正装迭代法、无应力状态法、影响矩阵法等方法来确定合理施工状态。 本文详细的介绍了中兴大街景观桥的MIDAS有限元模型的建立过程及施工阶段的划分,分析了中兴大街景观桥主梁和斜拉索的施工方法,研究制定了中兴大街景观桥的施工监控内容、重点及方法,并对桥梁施工过程中的测量数据结合有限元分析结果进行了分析,为大桥的顺利竣工提供了有利的保障。
[Abstract]:Entering the new century, China's economy has made rapid progress. With the economic development of our country, our country will further perfect the construction of social infrastructure, so this brings unprecedented development opportunity to the development of bridge cause in our country. However, how to make good use of this development is of great importance to us, and how to safely construct the bridge to avoid accidents in the construction process is even more important for us. Cable-stayed bridge has been favored by bridge boundary because of its beautiful alignment, strong span ability and other advantages. However, the construction of cable-stayed bridge is very different from other bridges. The construction process of cable-stayed bridge involves not only the construction of main beam, but also the installation of cable-stayed cable, so the construction safety of cable-stayed bridge is getting more and more popular in the society. Based on the Zhongxing Street Landscape Bridge of the main canal of the South-to-North Water transfer Project in Xingtai City, this paper studies the measurement method of cable force of inclined cable, especially the calculation method of cable force based on vibration measurement, the construction method and monitoring method of bridge. In the construction of cable-stayed bridge, the construction of main beam, bridge tower and cable is the key point of construction. In construction monitoring, the monitoring scheme can be determined by open loop control, feedback control and adaptive control, and the reasonable construction condition can be determined by inverted disassembly method, forward assembly iteration method, stress-free state method, influence matrix method and so on. In this paper, the establishment process of MIDAS finite element model and the division of construction stage of Zhongxing Street Landscape Bridge are introduced in detail, and the construction methods of main beam and stay cable of Zhongxing Street Landscape Bridge are analyzed. The construction monitoring content, emphasis and method of Zhongxing Street Landscape Bridge are studied and formulated, and the survey data in the process of bridge construction combined with the results of finite element analysis are analyzed, which provides a favorable guarantee for the smooth completion of the bridge.
