风管布置方式对瓦斯隧道施工通风效果影响研究

【摘要】:以成贵铁路白杨林隧道为工程背景,对高瓦斯隧道压入式通风效果进行分析并提出相关的风管布设方案,利用流体力学软件Fluent,建立1:1隧道三维实际模型,并将模拟结果与现场实测结果进行对比,验证数值模拟的准确性。研究风管末端至掌子面距离与风管布设方式对瓦斯隧道通风效果的影响。结果表明:对于瓦斯隧道压入式通风系统来说,随着风管末端距掌子面距离的增大,掌子面瓦斯浓度分布不均,瓦斯稀释效果逐渐增强;风管位于拱腰时,掌子面瓦斯浓度分布均匀,瓦斯稀释效果良好。综合两种影响因素分析,认为最佳布置方案为风管设于拱腰,风管末端距掌子面13m。
[Abstract]:Based on the engineering background of Populus forest tunnel of Chenggui Railway, this paper analyzes the pressure ventilation effect of high gas tunnel and puts forward the relevant duct arrangement scheme. The 3D practical model of 1:1 tunnel is established by using Fluent, a fluid dynamics software. The simulation results are compared with the field measurements to verify the accuracy of the numerical simulation. The influence of the distance from the end of the duct to the face of the palm and the arrangement of the duct on the ventilation effect of the gas tunnel is studied. The results show that as the distance between the end of the duct and the face of the gas tunnel increases, the distribution of gas concentration on the face of the gas tunnel is uneven, and the effect of gas dilution is gradually enhanced. When the duct is located at the middle of the arch, the gas concentration distribution on the palm surface is uniform and the effect of gas dilution is good. Based on the analysis of two influencing factors, it is concluded that the best arrangement scheme is that the duct is located at the middle of the arch and the end of the duct is 13 m from the palm face.
