桥梁工程项目施工安全管理与评价研究

【摘要】:就在建筑行业伴随着我国经济蓬勃发展的同时,建筑安全事故也愈见频繁。鉴于桥梁建设施工具有工艺复杂、技术含量高、施工难度大且所处的施工环境恶劣等特点,使得桥梁施工成为高风险的行业,施工中安全问题也愈见突出。为了能更好的在施工中开展安全管理工作,保证施工的顺利进行和保障施工人员的人身安全,本文将工程施工环节的安全管理工作作为重点并展开研究。在调查研究工程实例的基础上,结合目前施工安全生产管理系统的相关理论,分析总结出了桥梁工程现行施工安全管理中存在的问题。又通过对桥梁施工项目及其施工组织机构特殊性的分析,概括出桥梁施工安全管理的特点及其对象,并把桥梁施工当中发生概率最高、危害最大的五类事故作为施工安全管理中防护的重点,找出事故发生的原因和相应的安全预防管理措施。针对目前施工方的安全生产管理缺乏系统、全面的安全生产管理体系的问题,本文详细地介绍了渭玉高速上跨宁西铁路大桥工程安全管理系统的构成要素。为其他工程构建施工阶段的安全生产管理体系提供了有益的参考。最后本文以模糊综合评价法(FCE评价法)为主体,作业条件危险性评价法为补充,建立了安全管理模糊综合评价体系,并对工程实例进行了定量评价。该方法从桥梁施工的实际情况出发把桥梁施工中五类典型事故展开成三级评价体系,通过简便的运算就能得到反映桥梁工程的安全管理现状的定量结果,具有较好的科学性与可操作性。
[Abstract]:At the same time, construction safety accidents become more and more frequent with the vigorous development of our country's economy. In view of the complex technology, high technical content, difficult construction and harsh construction environment, bridge construction has become a high-risk industry, and the safety problem in the construction has become more and more prominent. In order to better carry out the safety management in the construction, ensure the smooth construction and guarantee the personal safety of the construction personnel, this paper takes the safety management of the construction link as the focal point and carries out the research. On the basis of investigation and research of engineering examples, combined with the relevant theory of construction safety production management system at present, the existing problems in construction safety management of bridge engineering are analyzed and summarized. Based on the analysis of the particularity of bridge construction project and its construction organization, the characteristics and objects of bridge construction safety management are summarized, and the probability of bridge construction is the highest. The five most harmful accidents are the key points in the construction safety management, and find out the causes of the accidents and the corresponding safety prevention and management measures. In view of the shortage of safety production management system and comprehensive safety production management system in the construction side at present, this paper introduces in detail the components of the safety management system of Weiyu High-speed Upper-span Nanjing West Railway Bridge. It provides a useful reference for the safety production management system in the construction stage of other projects. Finally, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system of safety management is established by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method (FCE) as the main body and the risk assessment method of the working conditions as the supplement, and the quantitative evaluation of the engineering examples is carried out. Based on the actual situation of bridge construction, this method develops five typical accidents into three-level evaluation system, and can get the quantitative results reflecting the current situation of bridge engineering safety management by simple calculation. It has good science and maneuverability.
