公路桥梁施工状态误差分析及其标准研究

【摘要】:随着公路桥梁的发展建设,桥梁结构的跨径不断增大,复杂性也随之增大,施工质量与安全更加受到重视,施工监控的重要性越显突出。从已有文献可知,由于结构的几何状态或受力状态出现较大的误差而引起的桥梁事故屡见不鲜。因结构各类设计参数、施工工艺及管理、温度及收缩徐变等对结构的影响,必然会使实际状态与理论状态存在或多或少的误差,所以设定一个合理的误差标准以便于施工中对结构更好的监控。然而桥梁施工监控技术发展至今,还没有制定相应的施工控制误差标准。本文从以下方面对进行研究: ①对国内公路桥梁施工监控误差的研究现状进行分析,本文通过统计归纳的方式对其进行研究。 ②简述桥梁施工控制对可调变量误差修正常用的理论和方法,结合已有桥梁结构对各方法的应用,分析比较各方法的优缺点及其适用性,为今后施工监控中误差分析提供参考。 ③对武江大桥关于合龙误差标准的分析,说明预先制定一个科学合理的施工施调误差标准研究的必要性;通过收集已有梁式桥、拱式桥、斜拉桥、悬索桥施工监控资料,,介绍了各类型桥梁监控中应监测的参数,以统计的方法对各参数误差取值情况结合设计、相关现行规范综合分析,提出公路桥梁施工监控过程中各重点监测参数的误差施调标准范围,为《公路桥梁施工监控技术规范》制定提供依据。
[Abstract]:With the development and construction of the highway bridge, the span of the bridge structure is increasing, the complexity also increases, the construction quality and safety are more and more attention, and the importance of construction monitoring is more and more prominent. It is known from the existing literature that the bridge accident caused by the large error in the geometric state or the stress state of the structure is common. Due to the influence of various design parameters, construction technology and management, temperature and shrinkage and creep on the structure, it is necessary to make the actual state and the theoretical state more or less error, so a reasonable error criterion is set so as to better monitor the structure during construction. However, the construction and monitoring technology of the bridge has not been developed to date, and the corresponding construction control error standard has not been established. This article is a study of the following: The present situation of the monitoring error of highway bridge construction in China is analyzed in this paper. In this paper, the theory and method of the bridge construction control to the variable error correction are briefly described, and the advantages and disadvantages of the methods are analyzed and the applicability of the method is compared with the existing bridge structure. The error analysis in the future construction monitoring is provided. For reference, the analysis of the standard of the joint error of Wujiang Bridge is presented in this paper. It is necessary to develop a scientific and reasonable standard for construction and adjustment error in advance. By collecting the existing beam type bridge, arch bridge, cable-stayed bridge and suspension bridge, The monitoring data of each type of bridge is introduced. The parameters of each type of bridge monitoring are introduced, and the error value of each parameter is combined with the design according to the statistical method, and the relevant current standard comprehensive analysis is given. The error of each key monitoring parameter in the construction monitoring process of the highway bridge is put forward. The standard range is defined as the Technical Specification for Construction and Monitoring of Highway Bridges> System
