预应力混凝土连续T梁负弯矩施工技术研究

【摘要】:预应力混凝土是先给混凝土施加预压应力,用来减小或抵消荷载所引起的混凝土拉应力,从而将结构构件的拉应力控制在较小范围,甚至处于受压状态,以推迟混凝土裂缝的出现和开展,从而提高构件的抗裂性能和刚度,能充分发挥高强材料的抗压强度高的特性,减少用料,使结构轻型化。 预应力混凝土连续梁桥具有比钢筋混凝土连续梁桥更大的跨越能力,具有超载能力大、养护简便、变形和缓、伸缩缝少、刚度大、行车平稳等优点。由于国内施工单位的质量责任心和现场技术管理水平以及实际操作队伍技术工作水平参差不齐,预应力混凝土连续T梁顶板负弯矩区施工很容易产生施量问题,只有确保负弯矩张拉压浆的施工质量,才能有效地提高桥梁的整体稳定性和耐久性,预防桥梁的早期破损,提高桥梁的安全性。 通过在承赤高速监理的2合同老虎沟大桥和西道村大桥,对老虎沟大桥和西道村大桥的负弯矩施工从施工准备阶段到施工阶段再到后期的数据处理,采用了全过程参与旁站的方式,通过咨询导师,查阅规范和书籍以及与监理办,项目部技术人员相互学习和讨论,找出了保证工程质量的关键工序,发现并解决了施工中出现的问题,,使工程质量达到了合格标准,工程评定为优良。
[Abstract]:The prestressing stress of prestressed concrete is used to reduce or counteract the tensile stress of concrete caused by load, so as to control the tensile stress of structural members in a small range or even in a state of compression. In order to delay the occurrence and development of concrete cracks, so as to improve the crack resistance and stiffness of members, the characteristics of high compressive strength of high strength materials can be brought into full play, the use of materials will be reduced, and the structure will be lighter. Compared with reinforced concrete continuous beam bridge, prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge has many advantages, such as large overloading capacity, easy maintenance, low deformation and slow deformation, less expansion joint, large stiffness and smooth driving, etc. The prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge has the advantages of larger span ability than reinforced concrete continuous beam bridge. Due to the uneven quality responsibility and on-site technical management level of domestic construction units as well as the technical work level of the actual operation team, the construction of prestressed concrete continuous T-beam roof negative moment area is easy to produce the construction quantity problem. Only by ensuring the construction quality of the negative moment tension grouting, can the overall stability and durability of the bridge be improved effectively, the early damage of the bridge can be prevented and the safety of the bridge can be improved. Through the negative bending moment construction of Laohugou Bridge and Xidao Village Bridge under the contract 2 of Chengchi Expressway Supervision, the data processing from construction preparation stage to construction stage to later stage of construction is carried out for the construction of Laohugou Bridge and Xidao Village Bridge. Using the way of participating in the whole process, by consulting the mentor, consulting the norms and books, and learning and discussing with the technical staff of the Office of Supervision and Management and the project department, the key processes to ensure the quality of the project are found out. The problems occurred in the construction are found and solved. The quality of the project reaches the standard of conformity and the engineering evaluation is excellent.
