预应力连续刚构桥梁应力监控及预应力损失相关问题研究

【摘要】:本文以某预应力连续刚构桥梁为工程背景,详细阐述了应力监控中应力监测的方法,分别采用Midas FEA和Midas civil建立实体有限元模型和杆系有限元模型对桥梁进行仿真分析对比,并采用Midas FEA进行应力监测中理论应力的计算。结合实际工程应力监测过程和理论计算分析,对测试仪器、温度、收缩徐变、水化热、混凝土凝缩、剪力滞效应、监测方法造成的应力误差进行了详细的分析,将应力监测结果误差分析的方法应用到了实际工程中的应力监测结果处理中,验证了方法的正确性。在施工现场进行纵向预应力筋锚固时预应力损失的实验研究,得到了不同钢束形式、不同钢束长度及不同张拉锚固速度下锚固时预应力损失的实测值。在传感器上不设置垫板、设置锥面垫板和设置平面垫板的三种布置形式下,进行了拧扭锚固工艺张拉竖向预应力筋锚固时预应力损失的实验研究,得出相同的拧扭力矩值下,设置锥面垫板的布置形式的锚固时预应力损失最大。进行了不同拧扭力矩值下的锚固时预应力损失实验,得到锚固时预应力损失值随着拧扭力矩值增大而减小的主要原因是拧扭力矩值的增大有效地减少了预应力筋的回缩损失,而不是有效地增加了附加预应力。通过实验研究,结合施工现场的情况,给出了现场施工的合理拧扭力矩值。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a prestressed continuous rigid frame bridge is used as the engineering background, and the method of stress monitoring in the stress monitoring is described in detail. The finite element model and the finite element model of the solid finite element model and the finite element model of the rod system are respectively used to compare the simulation and analysis of the bridge. And the calculation of the theoretical stress in the stress monitoring is carried out by using the Midas FEA. The stress error caused by the method, temperature, shrinkage and creep, hydration heat, concrete condensation, shear lag effect and monitoring method is analyzed in detail based on the actual engineering stress monitoring process and the theoretical calculation. The method of the stress monitoring result error analysis is applied to the stress monitoring result processing in the practical engineering, and the correctness of the method is verified. The experimental study of the prestress loss at the time of the longitudinal prestressed bar anchorage at the construction site has obtained the measured values of the prestress loss in the form of different steel beams, the length of different steel beams and the anchoring at different tension and anchoring speeds. in that three arrangement form of a base plate, a conical surface plate and a plane base plate which are not provided on the sensor, The prestress loss is the greatest in the case of an anchor in the form of an arrangement for setting the cone plate. The main cause of the decrease of the prestress loss value when the torsion moment value is increased is that the increase of the torque value is effectively reduced by the increase of the torque value, Rather than effectively adding additional pre-stressing. Through the experimental study, the reasonable torque value of the site construction is given in combination with the situation of the construction site.
