西安市交通拥堵问题的研究与分析

【摘要】:随着经济和社会的发展,西安市机动车保有量迅速增加,而城市道路发展相对缓慢,城市交通供给和交通需求产生了严重的不平衡,市内交通拥堵日益严重。这在一定程度上制约了经济的发展,也造成了社会总收益的损失,交通拥堵已经成为城市经济和社会发展中一个亟待解决的问题。 为此本文在全面介绍西安市整体概况后对西安市交通状况进行了说明,分析了西安市交通拥堵形成原因和影响因素,从城市规划、交通管理水平等方面予以阐释,从直观上介绍了西安市道路拥堵的时空分布特征以及拥堵成因。 通过记录西安市出现的拥堵场景,对西安市主要路段进行调查和分析,应用模糊数学知识根据路段的拥堵特征,建立路段拥堵评价指标体系,即从速度、延误时间、停车次数、停车时间以及道路负荷度五种评价指标着手,对西安市路段实际调研的数据进行回归拟合分析,,确定每种指标的评价参考标准,形成一个系统的多因素综合评价体系,并提出路段拥堵严重程度指数的概念,用来评价路段的拥堵严重程度。 最后从各路段的现实情况以及西安市的交通管理政策方面,提出了改善西安城市交通状况、缓解交通拥堵的对策措施。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and society, the number of motor vehicles in Xi'an increases rapidly, while the development of urban roads is relatively slow. The supply and demand of urban traffic are seriously unbalanced, and the traffic congestion in Xi'an is becoming more and more serious. To a certain extent, this restricts the development of economy and results in the loss of total social income. Traffic congestion has become an urgent problem to be solved in the development of urban economy and society. In this paper, after introducing the overall situation of Xi'an, this paper explains the traffic situation of Xi'an, analyzes the causes and influencing factors of traffic congestion in Xi'an, and explains it from the aspects of urban planning, traffic management level and so on. This paper introduces the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics and causes of road congestion in Xi'an City. By recording the congestion scene in Xi'an, the main road sections in Xi'an are investigated and analyzed. According to the characteristics of road congestion, the fuzzy mathematics knowledge is applied to establish the evaluation index system of road congestion, that is, speed, delay time, parking times, and so on. Starting with the five evaluation indexes of parking time and road load degree, this paper carries on the regression fitting analysis to the actual survey data of Xi'an section, determines the evaluation reference standard of each index, and forms a systematic multi-factor comprehensive evaluation system. The concept of road congestion severity index is put forward to evaluate the congestion severity of road sections. Finally, from the reality of each road section and the traffic management policy of Xi'an, the countermeasures to improve the traffic situation and alleviate the traffic congestion in Xi'an are put forward.
