重载交通对集疏港道路路面结构的影响及对策研究

【摘要】:本论文针对滨海新区“重载、软基、盐渍化”特点,论文在理论研究及交通调查的基础上,对集疏港重载交通的轴载换算方法、柔性基层路面结构、结构组合等进行系统研究,提出一般交通条件下的沥青路面典型结构,超越规范要求的重载交通沥青路面典型结构,本论文的主要结论如下: 1、载重汽车中四轴1为集疏港交通的代表车型。集疏港重载交通轴载水平、轮压标准、轴载次数均超越现有规范涉及的范畴,,需要从道路设计及交通管理采取措施应对重载交通。提出单轴双轮组大于130KN的轴载作为重轴载标准界限,为轴载换算的准确性及判定是否考虑重载的影响提供方便。 2、推荐出滨海新区沥青路面典型结构以及重载沥青路面典型结构。 3、重载条件下路基加固处理形式及措施
[Abstract]:In view of the characteristics of "heavy load, soft foundation, salinization" in Binhai New area, this paper systematically studies the axle load conversion method, flexible base pavement structure, structure combination and so on, on the basis of theoretical research and traffic investigation, and makes a systematic research on the axle load conversion method, flexible base pavement structure and structure combination, etc. The typical structure of asphalt pavement under general traffic conditions and the typical structure of heavy-duty traffic asphalt pavement are proposed. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: (1) 4-axis 1 is the representative type of traffic in gathering and distributing port. The level of axle load, the standard of wheel pressure and the number of axle load of heavy-duty traffic in the port are all beyond the scope of the existing codes. It is necessary to take measures to deal with the heavy-haul traffic from road design and traffic management. The axle load with single shaft and two wheels larger than 130KN is put forward as the standard limit of heavy axle load, which is convenient for the accuracy of axle load conversion and the determination of whether the influence of heavy load is taken into account. 2. The typical structure of asphalt pavement and heavy-duty asphalt pavement in Binhai New area are recommended. 3. Treatment forms and measures of roadbed reinforcement under heavy load conditions
