斜交板桥上部结构病害分析与加固方法研究

【摘要】:混凝土斜交板桥为高速公路桥梁最常应用的结构形式,但随着运营时间的增长,其结构病害逐渐严重。为掌握混凝土斜交板桥的病害机理,提出合理的维修加固方案,本文在总结国内外研究现状的基础上,,对混凝土斜交板桥上部结构的病害和加固方法进行研究。本文主要研究内容、方法和结论如下: 对斜交板桥上部结构的主要病害进行了详细的阐述,依据其病害的主要分布及特点,将其归纳为桥面板铺装层病害、桥梁伸缩缝病害以及装配式板桥铰缝病害等三大类;并就此三大类病害常见的破坏形式以及产生的原因进行了分析。 明确了斜交板受力特性和影响斜交板受力的主要因素,分析了多种适用于斜交板受力计算的方法。运用有限元ANSYS进行斜交板桥受力性能分析;并将计算得到的斜交板底缘裂缝与实桥对比发现,裂缝走向及分布与实际情况一致。 依据现有的板桥加固方法,根据本文工程实例具体裂缝的开展情况,着重分析了粘贴碳纤维加固方法和粘贴钢板加固方法的主要特点、加固机理、碳纤维或钢板粘贴用量以及其施工工艺,验证了两种加固方法的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:Concrete skew slab bridge is the most commonly used structural form of expressway bridge, but with the increase of operation time, the structural disease of concrete skew slab bridge is becoming more and more serious. In order to master the disease mechanism of concrete skew slab bridge and put forward a reasonable maintenance and reinforcement scheme, on the basis of summing up the research status at home and abroad, this paper studies the diseases and reinforcement methods of the superstructure of concrete skew slab bridge. The main research contents, methods and conclusions of this paper are as follows: the main diseases of the superstructure of skew slab bridge are described in detail, and according to the main distribution and characteristics of the disease, it is summarized as the disease of bridge deck slab pavement. There are three kinds of bridge expansion joint disease and assembly plate bridge joint disease. The common failure forms and causes of these three kinds of diseases were analyzed. The stress characteristics of skew plate and the main factors affecting the force of skew plate are clarified, and a variety of methods suitable for calculating the force of skew plate are analyzed. The finite element ANSYS is used to analyze the mechanical properties of the skew plate bridge, and the calculated cracks at the bottom edge of the skew plate are compared with the real bridge, and it is found that the direction and distribution of the cracks are consistent with the actual situation. According to the existing reinforcement methods of slab bridge and the development of concrete cracks in this project, the main characteristics and strengthening mechanism of bonded carbon fiber reinforcement method and steel plate reinforcement method are analyzed. The feasibility and effectiveness of the two reinforcement methods are verified by the amount of carbon fiber or steel plate and its construction technology.
