TBM盘形滚刀温度场和热应力场研究

【摘要】:摘要:随着我国经济的飞速发展,地下空间工程的迫切需要,以及科学技术水准的提高,基础工程建设与日俱增,在铁路、市政管线,水利,西气东输等工程的隧道施工中,掘进机得到了广发的使用,而目前掘进机主要依赖进口,因此,掘进机国产化,特别是掘进机刀具的国产化显得日益重要。盘形滚刀是硬岩掘进机的主要开挖执行工具,其破岩效率和使用寿命直接关系到工程的进度和成本。 基于以上背景,本文通过有限元仿真和实验研究对盘形滚刀的温度场和热应力场分布和变化规律进行了研究,并对工作温度时盘形滚刀轴承寿命、润滑状态等进行了分析,为刀具选型和维护方案设计提供了更准确的理论依据,本文的主要研究成果和内容如下: 1、研究了盘形滚刀的摩擦磨损机理,通过实验方法获得了盘形滚刀与砂岩、大理岩和花岗岩的摩擦因数。 2、基于盘形滚刀接触应力特性和运动规律建立了考虑盘形滚刀结构参数、掘进参数、地质参数等的盘形滚刀温度场模型,揭示了盘形滚刀温度与各参数的关系。 3、对实际工况进行合理简化,建立了盘形滚刀破岩温度场有限元数值模型,得到盘形滚刀的温度场和热应力场分布和变化规律,对各掘进参数和岩石种类等对盘形滚刀温度的影响进行了统计分析,并分析了盘形滚刀温度的实际应用。 4、通过盘形滚刀直线切割试验台和掘进机刀具回转试验台分别进行了盘形滚刀温度场加速实验和回转切割实验,验证了盘形滚刀温度场模型和仿真结果的正确性。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: with the rapid development of economy in our country, the urgent need of underground space engineering and the improvement of scientific and technological level, the construction of foundation engineering is increasing day by day, in the tunnel construction of railway, municipal pipeline, water conservancy, west-to-east gas transmission and so on. The roadheader has been widely used, but at present, the roadheader mainly depends on the import, so the localization of the roadheader, especially the localization of the cutting tool of the roadheader, is becoming more and more important. Disc hob is the main excavation execution tool of hard rock roadheader, and its rock breaking efficiency and service life are directly related to the progress and cost of the project. Based on the above background, the distribution and variation of temperature field and thermal stress field of disc hob are studied by finite element simulation and experimental study, and the life and lubrication state of disc hob bearing at working temperature are analyzed. It provides a more accurate theoretical basis for tool selection and maintenance scheme design. The main research results and contents of this paper are as follows: 1. The friction and wear mechanism of disc hob is studied, and the disc hob and sandstone are obtained by experimental method. Friction factor between marble and granite. 2. Based on the contact stress characteristics and motion law of the disc hob, the temperature field model of the disc hob considering the structural parameters, excavation parameters and geological parameters of the disc hob is established, and the relationship between the temperature of the disc hob and each parameter is revealed. 3. The actual working conditions are reasonably simplified, and the finite element numerical model of rock breaking temperature field of disk hob is established, and the distribution and variation of temperature field and thermal stress field of disc hob are obtained. The effects of driving parameters and rock types on the temperature of disc hob are statistically analyzed, and the practical application of disc hob temperature is analyzed. 4. The temperature field acceleration experiment and rotary cutting experiment of disc hob are carried out by means of disc hob straight line cutting test bench and roadheader tool rotary test bed, respectively, and the correctness of temperature field model and simulation results of disc hob is verified.
