大断面瓦斯隧道开挖工法及支护设计数值模拟研究

【摘要】:成贵线西南客运专线铁路,隧道开挖面积超过150m2。本线路穿越云贵川三省主要产煤地段,瓦斯隧道众多,由煤层导致的隧道大变形状况比较明显。为了确保施工过程的安全,减少围岩由于破坏所造成的巨大经济损失,运用ABAQUS软件,对隧道开挖进行模拟,研究隧道在开挖过程中的稳定性及受力情况。得出了不同开挖方式和支护设计对围岩稳定性的影响。通过开挖后围岩应力位移变化,得出合理的隧道开挖方式以及支护参数,为施工提供更好的设计依据,保证工程的安全进行。 本文阐述了大变形围岩的特征以及作用机理,对大变形围岩的危害,提出了合理的防治措施。分析了锚杆支护对围岩的作用特性,在围岩的作用下,锚杆主要表现为抗拉弯,易产生塑性流动。 本文研究了成贵客运专线铁路高坡隧道穿煤系地段,高坡隧道具有围岩大变形等特点。运用ABAQUS软件,分析穿越煤层以及不同开挖方式对围岩的影响,对开挖方法进行总结分析,确定了合理的开挖方式。在开挖的同时,改变穿煤隧道支护设计参数,分析不同参数对开挖的影响,确定了合理的支护设计。 本文研究了成贵客运专线铁路玉京山富含煤层地段,玉京山隧道具有高瓦斯、大变形等特点。运用ABAQUS软件,分析不同开挖方式及支护设计对围岩的影响,确定了合理的开挖方法。针对高压力瓦斯,对瓦斯采取等效作用在衬砌上的压力进行模拟,研究瓦斯压力对支护结构稳定性的影响。分析不同支护参数对围岩的影响,优化了支护设计。
[Abstract]:The excavation area of tunnel is more than 150m ~ 2 for the railway of southwest passenger dedicated line of Chenggui line. This line passes through the main coal-producing areas of Yungui Sichuan Province, and there are many gas tunnels, and the large deformation of the tunnel caused by coal seam is obvious. In order to ensure the safety of the construction process and reduce the huge economic loss caused by the failure of the surrounding rock, the tunnel excavation is simulated by using ABAQUS software, and the stability and force of the tunnel in the excavation process are studied. The effects of different excavation methods and support design on the stability of surrounding rock are obtained. Through the change of stress and displacement of surrounding rock after excavation, the reasonable excavation mode and support parameters of tunnel are obtained, which provides a better design basis for construction and ensures the safety of the project. This paper expounds the characteristics and action mechanism of large deformation surrounding rock, the harm to large deformation surrounding rock, and puts forward reasonable prevention and control measures. The action characteristics of bolt support on surrounding rock are analyzed. under the action of surrounding rock, bolt is mainly anti-tension and bending, which is easy to produce plastic flow. In this paper, the coal measures section of Chenggui passenger dedicated line railway high slope tunnel is studied. The high slope tunnel has the characteristics of large deformation of surrounding rock and so on. By using ABAQUS software, the influence of crossing coal seam and different excavation methods on surrounding rock is analyzed, the excavation method is summarized and analyzed, and the reasonable excavation method is determined. At the same time, the support design parameters of coal-piercing tunnel are changed, the influence of different parameters on excavation is analyzed, and the reasonable support design is determined. In this paper, the area rich in coal seam in Yujingshan, Chenggui passenger dedicated line railway, is studied. Yujingshan tunnel has the characteristics of high gas and large deformation. Using ABAQUS software, the influence of different excavation methods and support design on surrounding rock is analyzed, and the reasonable excavation method is determined. Aiming at high pressure gas, the equivalent pressure of gas on lining is simulated, and the influence of gas pressure on the stability of supporting structure is studied. The influence of different supporting parameters on surrounding rock is analyzed, and the support design is optimized.
