HDPE-橡胶粉复合改性沥青及其应力吸收层混合料性能

【摘要】:为了防治反射裂缝的产生和发展,对HDPE-橡胶粉复合改性沥青应力吸收层混合料进行研究。利用不同掺量的HDPE和橡胶粉作为改性剂对基质90~#沥青进行改性制备;根据应力吸收层沥青材料的技术要求,选择出适宜的改性剂掺量配比,与所选AC-5合成级配的集料拌和形成混合料,并对混合料的低温抗裂性能和水稳定性能进行检验。研究表明,在基质沥青中掺入5%的HDPE和10%的橡胶粉制备的改性沥青混合料可作为应力吸收层材料,且具有良好的低温抗裂性能和水稳定性能。
[Abstract]:In order to prevent and control the occurrence and development of reflection cracks, HDPE rubber powder composite modified asphalt stress absorbing layer mixture was studied. Modification of 90~#asphalt was prepared by using HDPE and rubber powder as modifier. According to the technical requirements of the asphalt material of the stress absorbing layer, the appropriate mixture ratio of modifier is selected, and the mixture is mixed with the selected AC5 synthetic graded aggregate, and the low temperature crack resistance and water stability of the mixture are tested. The results show that the modified asphalt mixture prepared by adding 5%HDPE and 10%rubber powder into the matrix asphalt can be used as the stress absorbing layer material, and has good low temperature crack resistance and water stability.
