基于S3C6410和Linux的移动目标智能检测系统设计与实现

【摘要】:嵌入式网络视频监控相对于传统的视频监控有着低成本、低功耗、可靠性高、可网络管理和交互等诸多优点,而随着嵌入式技术和图像处理技术的发展,基于嵌入式网络视频监控的移动目标检测监控系统因其主动监控性、大大提升了监控效率等优势使得移动目标检测监控逐渐成为视频监控领域的研究热点。 本文针对传统的视频监控均属被动监控、记录的视频图像数据所需空间极大、监控效率低下、往往需要特定人员24小时不间断监控等缺陷,设计了一种着重在主动监控技术的移动目标检测监控系统,,移动目标检测作为计算机视觉技术应用的一个重要分支,目的是实现对监控区域内的移动目标,如车辆,行人等进行实时的视频采集与检测,并将这些用户感兴趣的信息存储起来作为分析现场状况的重要依据,以达到主动监控、节省资源、提升监控效率的目的。系统具体设计由几个部分组成,在对文章需求分析的基础上确定了系统的硬件和操作系统构成,选择了三星公司生产的S3C6410处理器作为系统处理核心及Linux作为系统运行的操作系统,在此基础了逐步确定了系统外围硬件设计和软件设计,搭建了系统框架,随后逐步说明了系统中从视频采集、压缩、传输过程中需要解决的关键技术,并基于B/S模式架设了嵌入式Web服务器以实现实时查看监控场景,最后以移动目标检测为核心对系统应用进行了测试评价。 实验测试结果表明,本文中设计的移动目标检测监控系统不仅具有传统监控中具有的视频采集存储及网络监控的功能,更能对摄像机监控区域内的移动目标进行预警、主动抓拍和存储,实现了主动监控的目标,具有极大的应用前景。
[Abstract]:Compared with the traditional video surveillance, embedded network video surveillance has many advantages, such as low cost, low power consumption, high reliability, network management and interaction, and so on. With the development of embedded technology and image processing technology, the mobile target detection and monitoring system based on embedded network video surveillance has its active monitoring. With the advantages of greatly improving the monitoring efficiency, mobile target detection and monitoring has gradually become a research focus in the field of video surveillance. In view of the defects that the traditional video surveillance is passive monitoring, the recorded video image data needs a lot of space, the monitoring efficiency is low, and the specific personnel are often required to monitor 24 hours a day, a mobile target detection and monitoring system focusing on active monitoring technology is designed in this paper. Mobile target detection is an important branch of computer vision technology application, the purpose of which is to realize the moving target in the monitoring area. For example, vehicles, pedestrians and so on carry out real-time video capture and detection, and store the information of interest to these users as an important basis for the analysis of field conditions, in order to achieve the purpose of active monitoring, saving resources and improving monitoring efficiency. The specific design of the system is composed of several parts. On the basis of the analysis of the requirements of the article, the hardware and operating system composition of the system are determined. The S3C6410 processor produced by Samsung Company is selected as the system processing core and Linux as the operating system running. On this basis, the peripheral hardware design and software design of the system are gradually determined, and the system framework is built. Then, the video capture and compression in the system are gradually explained. The key technologies that need to be solved in the transmission process are solved, and an embedded Web server is set up based on B / S mode to view the monitoring scene in real time. Finally, the system application is tested and evaluated with moving target detection as the core. The experimental results show that the mobile target detection and monitoring system designed in this paper not only has the functions of video capture storage and network monitoring in traditional monitoring, but also can warn the moving targets in the camera monitoring area, actively capture and store, realize the active monitoring target, and has a great application prospect.
