四川省重点公路特殊隧道建设管理及信息化施工技术要点研究

【摘要】:按照四川省委九届四次全会做出的建设西部综合交通枢纽的战略部署,四川高速公路建设突飞猛进,到2013年底,四川省高速公路通车里程达到5000公里,2014年在建高速公路1592公里,正在开展前期工作的项目1660公里。我省规划拟在未来20年建设高速公路总里程达12000公里以上。随着公路事业的发展,隧道建设成为公路建设的关键环节,瓦斯、岩溶、涌突水较为常见,隧道弃碴带来的环保问题和诱发新的次生地质灾害问题,给隧道建设管理带来了极大的挑战。如果对这些特殊地质灾害认识不足,管理不到位,措施不力,对可能出现的安全隐患没有防范和预见,将不能有效防范安全事故的发生,而且还会增加工程造价,延误建设工期。本文通过研究国内外隧道的先进建设管理技术,结合已积累的经验和新形势、新问题,积极探索公路隧道建设管理技术,用于指导四川省公路隧道建设管理。
[Abstract]:According to the strategic plan of building a comprehensive transportation hub in the west made by the fourth Plenary session of the Ninth Sichuan Provincial CPC Committee, the construction of Sichuan expressway has advanced by leaps and bounds. By the end of 2013, the mileage of Sichuan expressway was 5000 kilometers, the highway under construction in 2014 was 1592 kilometers, and the project under construction was 1660 kilometers. Our province plans to build a highway in the next 20 years, the total mileage of more than 12000 kilometers. With the development of highway industry, tunnel construction has become the key link of highway construction. Gas, karstification and water inrush are more common. The environmental protection problems and induced new secondary geological disasters caused by tunnel ballast disposal have brought great challenges to tunnel construction management. If there is not enough understanding of these special geological disasters, the management is not in place, the measures are not effective, and the possible safety hidden dangers are not prevented and predicted, the occurrence of safety accidents will not be effectively prevented, and the project cost will be increased and the construction period will be delayed. By studying the advanced construction management technology of tunnel at home and abroad, combined with the accumulated experience, new situation and new problems, this paper actively explores the highway tunnel construction management technology, which can be used to guide the highway tunnel construction management in Sichuan Province.
