城市公共交通智能卡信息管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：金卡工程在交通领域内的应用越来越受到城市交通管理部门的重视,城市公共交通智能卡或一卡通建设已经是智能交通系统建设的重要内容。智能卡的安全性较高,各个城市对其的应用也越来越广泛,随之带来的就是对智能卡信息的管理工作量将变得巨大。本课题基于先进的信息化建设基础,对城市公共交通智能卡信息管理系统进行设计和实现,用于解决传统公共交通收费管理混乱、效率低下、智能卡数据安全等问题。本文针对城市公共交通智能卡应用和管理的现状,以一个城市的应用为背景,设计与实现适用性较强的城市公共交通智能卡信息管理系统。结合城市公共交通智能卡应用的背景和特点,对该系统需要实现的功能和业务流程进行了详细的分析,在分析完所有需要实现的功能之后,结合业务流程的特点,确定了使用以SSH框架、MVC模式为结构的系统开发技术。最后确定了实现包括智能卡信息管理、卡主信息管理、二级运营单位管理、车载POS管理、充值结算管理、挂失管理和系统维护管理功能的应用系统。论文使用了结构化设计方法对系统进行结构设计、功能模块设计,确保了设计的系统具有良好的可扩展性,能够适应城市交通的发展。设计与实现的公共交通智能卡管理信息系统应用于城市智能交通系统中,能够实现对整个城市内公共交通智能卡的统一管理,进行交通资源的合理配置,同时解决传统公共交通收费管理混乱和效率低下的问题。此外,还能减少智能卡信息错乱产生的概率,能够显著的提高公共交通收费管理的科学性,以及降低公共交通管理部门的人力资源成本。
[Abstract]:The application of gold card project in the field of transportation has been paid more and more attention by urban traffic management departments. The construction of urban public transport smart card or one-card has become an important part of intelligent transportation system construction. The security of smart card is high, and the application of smart card is more and more extensive in various cities, which brings the workload of smart card information management will become huge. Based on the advanced information construction, this paper designs and implements the urban public transport smart card information management system, which is used to solve the problems of traditional public transport toll management confusion, low efficiency, smart card data security and so on. In view of the present situation of the application and management of urban public transport smart card, this paper designs and implements an information management system of urban public transport smart card with strong applicability based on the application of a city. Combined with the background and characteristics of urban public transport smart card application, the functions and business processes of the system are analyzed in detail. After analyzing all the functions that need to be realized, combined with the characteristics of business process, the system development technology based on SSH framework and MVC mode is determined. Finally, the application system including smart card information management, card master information management, secondary operation unit management, vehicle POS management, recharge settlement management, report loss management and system maintenance management is determined. In this paper, the structural design method is used to design the structure and functional modules of the system, which ensures that the designed system has good scalability and can adapt to the development of urban traffic. The design and implementation of the public transport smart card management information system is applied to the urban intelligent transportation system, which can realize the unified management of the public transport smart card in the whole city, carry out the reasonable allocation of traffic resources, and solve the problems of confusion and low efficiency of the traditional public transport toll management. In addition, it can also reduce the probability of smart card information confusion, significantly improve the scientific nature of public transport toll management, and reduce the human resources cost of public transport management departments.
