TBM边缘滚刀组合优化布置研究

【摘要】:摘要:硬岩隧道掘进机(TBM)是在水利水电、铁路隧道等工程项目中得到广泛应用的大型工程装备。盘形滚刀作为TBM刀盘的核心部件,其使用寿命及破岩效率已成为影响施工成本和施工效率的关键因素。相较于正滚刀,边缘滚刀线速度大,破岩工况复杂,使用寿命低。本文深入分析了边缘滚刀与岩体相互作用机理,研究了边缘滚刀破岩特性关键影响因素,并提出了边缘滚刀布置优化方法,论文主要研究内容如下: (1)基于离散元理论建立了边缘滚刀顺次破岩数值模型,并对破岩过程中的裂纹演化过程、刀具载荷及岩石内部应力分布情况进行了分析;建立了多评价指标敏感度熵权综合评价体系,对影响边缘滚刀切削过程的各参数进行了多因素敏感度分析,并得出了不同地质条件下各因素影响程度的主次顺序。 (2)以国内某隧道所用刀盘为例,建立了不同倾角范围下最外侧边缘滚刀切削数值模型,确定边缘滚刀最大安装倾角范围;建立了双刀顺次破岩模型,通过计算双刀之间的最优倾角差确定了边缘滚刀数量、安装倾角和安装极径;建立了边缘滚刀多目标优化布置模型,对边缘滚刀的安装极角进行优化。 (3)利用100T回转式切削试验台开展边缘滚刀顺次破岩实验研究,监测边缘滚刀切削过程中的刀具载荷和最后岩石的破碎情况,并对实验结果进行相关分析,最终与仿真结果进行比对,验证了仿真方法的可靠性。

[Abstract]:Abstract: hard rock tunnel roadheader (TBM) is a large engineering equipment which has been widely used in water conservancy and hydropower, railway tunnel and other engineering projects. As the core component of TBM cutter head, the service life and rock breaking efficiency of disc hob have become the key factors affecting the construction cost and construction efficiency. Compared with the positive hob, the line speed of the edge hob is large, the rock breaking condition is complex, and the service life is low. In this paper, the interaction mechanism between edge hob and rock mass is deeply analyzed, the key influencing factors of rock breaking characteristics of edge hob are studied, and the optimization method of edge hob arrangement is put forward. the main research contents of this paper are as follows: (1) based on discrete element theory, the numerical model of sequential rock breaking of edge hob is established, and the crack evolution process, tool load and stress distribution in rock are analyzed. The comprehensive evaluation system of sensitivity entropy weight of multi-evaluation index is established, and the multi-factor sensitivity analysis of each parameter affecting the cutting process of edge hob is carried out, and the primary and secondary order of the influence degree of each factor under different geological conditions is obtained. (2) taking the cutter head used in a tunnel in China as an example, the numerical model of the outermost edge hob cutting under different inclination angles is established, and the maximum installation inclination angle range of the edge hob is determined, and the rock breaking model of the double knife is established, and the number of edge hob, installation inclination angle and installation pole diameter are determined by calculating the optimal inclination difference between the two knives. The multi-objective optimal arrangement model of edge hob is established, and the installation pole angle of edge hob is optimized. (3) the 100T rotary cutting test bed is used to carry out the experimental study of edge hob rock breaking in order to monitor the tool load and the final rock breakage in the cutting process of edge hob, and the correlation analysis of the experimental results is carried out. Finally, the reliability of the simulation method is verified by comparing the experimental results with the simulation results.
