【摘要】:现代装备制造业的发展对材料及成品零部件的应力状态要求越来越高,对应力的检测水平也越发苛刻。X射线应力法作为科研和工程应用中常用的无损应力测量方法,其测量精度逐渐难以满足测量需求。数据处理是X射线法测量应力的重要环节,,对应力测量精度有重要影响。同样的数据采用不同的处理方法所得应力相差很大,因此有必要对X射线应力法的数据处理过程进行研究。 测量系统分析理论是衡量测量系统误差的重要理论。该理论采用数理统计和图表方法对测量系统的分辨率和误差进行分析,并确定测量系统误差的主要成分,是一种简单而有效的误差分析方法。 本文围绕X射线测应力的定峰方法,运用测量系统分析理论从测量重复性、再现性对不同的定峰方法进行分析。实验证明最大值法和抛物线法具有最好的重复性,交叉相关法具有最佳的再现性。同种方法的重复性标准差和再现性标准差基本相等,表明仪器因素、人为因素和人与过程交互因素对测量系统的精确性有同等的作用。本文使用测量错误的数据对系统的鲁棒性进行了评估,分析表明重心法具有最强的鲁棒性。将以上数据与系统所得数据进行对比,证明本文所使用方法优于系统自带方法。 为衡量最小二乘法拟合次数对测量结果的影响,对不同拟合次数的测量结果从重复性和再现性方面评估。分析表明拟合次数越大,拟合曲线越光滑,翘曲越严重。曲线光滑能够减小应力变化量与理论值的差异;曲线翘曲会使应力波动严重,曲线翘曲严重时会影响应力测量值的精度。曲线在40到45次拟合时为翘曲过渡区。曲线在光滑而不翘曲时所得应力效果最佳。利用重复性测量数据和再现性测量数据,将40次拟合效果与50次拟合效果对比,证明40次拟合效果优于50次拟合效果。
[Abstract]:The development of modern equipment manufacturing industry requires more and more stress states of materials and finished parts , and the detection level of stress is more severe . The X - ray stress method is used as a nondestructive stress measurement method commonly used in scientific research and engineering applications . The measurement accuracy is gradually difficult to meet the measurement requirement . Data processing is an important part of measuring stress by X - ray method , and the stress measurement accuracy is very important . The data processing of X - ray stress method is necessary . The theory of measurement system analysis is an important theory to measure the errors of the measurement system . The theory uses mathematical statistics and graph methods to analyze the resolution and error of the measuring system , and determines the main components of the measurement system error , which is a simple and effective method of error analysis . In this paper , the method of determining the peak value of X - ray stress is analyzed by measuring the repeatability and reproducibility by using the measurement system analysis theory . The experimental results show that the maximum method and the parabola method have the best reproducibility . The repeatability standard deviation and the reproducibility standard deviation of the same method are basically equal , which indicates that the instrument factor , the human factors and the human and process interaction factors have the same effect on the accuracy of the measuring system . The analysis shows that the center of gravity method has the strongest robustness . The above data is compared with the data obtained by the system to prove that the method used in this paper is superior to the method of the system . In order to measure the effect of the least square fitting times on the measurement results , the measurement results of different fitting times are evaluated from the aspects of repeatability and reproducibility . The analysis shows that the more the fitting times are , the more smooth the fitting curve is , the more serious the warp is . The curve is smooth and can influence the precision of the stress measurement value when the curve is smooth .
