【摘要】:钛是一种重要的战略资源,先进的钛工业是综合国力重要标志,大力发展钛工业对巩固国防和国民经济建设具有重大的战略意义。各种形态的钛产品已普遍应用在高新技术的各个领域,在国民生活中占有举足轻重的地位。钛合金无缝管是钛工业产品之一,管坯制备是生产无缝管的第一道工序,又是最重要一道工序。斜轧穿孔生产效率高,金属模具消耗少,是制备钛合金毛管的一种有效方法。但是,在钛合金斜轧穿孔过程中,变形抗力大,加工硬化强烈,对加工工艺要求十分苛刻。本论文以某钛合金无缝钢管厂的TC4钛合金管坯材料为研究对象,在Gleeble-3800热模拟实验机上对该合金进行等温压缩实验。研究分析了不同变形条件对TC4钛合金高温变形行为和流变应力的影响,根据实测数据建立了TC4钛合金的新型高温流变应力模型。本论文接着针对TC4钛合金管坯斜轧穿孔工艺问题,以有限元仿真软件DEFORM-3D为模拟平台,采用单因素轮换的方法,研究分析了三个比较重要的工艺参数(轧制速度、管坯温度和顶头前伸量)对TC4钛合金斜轧穿孔过程中的管坯温度、力能参数和毛管尺寸精度的影响规律。该论文的研究分析结果为优化生产工艺和提高产品质量提供了重要的理论和实用价值。
[Abstract]:Titanium is a kind of important strategic resources, advanced titanium industry is an important symbol of the comprehensive national strength, vigorously development of titanium industry is of great strategic significance in strengthening the national defense and national economic construction. The various forms of titanium products have been widely used in various fields of high technology, in the national life occupies a pivotal position in the titanium alloy seamless live. Titanium tube is one of the industrial products, billet preparation is the first process for production of seamless steel tube, and is one of the most important processes. Cross rolled metal mold with high production efficiency, low consumption, is an effective method for preparing titanium alloy shell. However, in titanium alloy rotary piercing process, large deformation resistance, strong work hardening, the processing technology requirements are very demanding. In this thesis, a TC4 titanium alloy titanium alloy seamless steel tube plant tube material as the research object, the experimental machine of the alloy in isothermal thermal simulation Gleeble-3800 Compression experiment. We analyzed the effects of different deformation conditions on deformation behavior of TC4 titanium alloy and the flow stress, according to the measured data, the establishment of a new high temperature flow stress model of TC4 titanium alloy. And then this paper for TC4 titanium alloy tube rotary piercing process, based on the finite element simulation software DEFORM-3D simulation platform. By using the method of single factor rotation, research and analysis of the three important parameters (rolling speed, billet temperature and plug advance) of TC4 titanium alloy roll piercing tube temperature in the process, can force the influence law of parameters and capillary size precision. The study results of this thesis is to optimize the production the process and provides an important theoretical and practical value in improving the quality of the products.
