【摘要】:机床导轨主要分为滑动导轨、滚动导轨和静压导轨三种。滑动导轨刚性好、抗震动性能强、制造成本低等特点,得到比较广泛的应用。但是经过长时间的使用后滑动导轨会出现一定的磨损和损伤,如果不及时对损伤的导轨进行修复,会严重影响机床的精度和使用寿命。但是由于大多的滑动导轨与机床床身相连,所以对滑动导轨整体更换工程量大施工困难。因此对损伤的滑动导轨的修复研究具有重要意义。通过对现有的滑动导轨修复方法进行分析和对比后,研究了将导轨软带粘贴到动导轨底面来修复导轨表面的修复方法,即导轨贴膜修复技术。本文通过对滑动导轨摩擦界面的分析,探讨了选用聚四氟乙烯做基材制作导轨软带。通过研究聚四氟乙烯导轨软带的特性,分析了用软带代替金属做滑动表面的可行性。同时本文研究了两物体表面的粘接原理和导轨软带适用的胶黏剂的特性。通过研究导轨软带、胶黏剂与机床导轨的金属表面相互作用的物理化学原理和结合机理,论证利用导轨贴膜技术修复滑动导轨表面的可行性。通过对贴膜导轨结合面动态特性的对比和分析,论证了导轨贴膜修复技术可以有效改善导轨动态特性。以某生产线需要进行导轨修复的机床为例,根据实际情况设计了导轨修复的总体方案。根据机床导轨的尺寸和贴膜厚度设计出导轨各部分的粗加工方案。同时设计了具体的导轨贴膜修复的步骤和工艺,并且根据相应的工艺设计了对应的辅助工具以方便修复工作的进行。最后检测了修复后的导轨位置精度,并根据导轨精度要求对导轨的位置进行精度补偿。
[Abstract]:The machine tool guide is mainly divided into three kinds: sliding guide, rolling guide and static pressure guide. The sliding guide rail is rigid, strong anti-vibration performance, low manufacturing cost and so on. But after a long time of use, the sliding guide rail will appear certain wear and damage, if the damaged rail is not repaired in time. The accuracy and service life of the machine tool will be seriously affected. However, most of the sliding guide rails are connected to the machine bed. Therefore, it is difficult to replace the sliding guide rail with large amount of work. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the repair of the damaged slide guide rail. Through the analysis and comparison of the existing sliding guide rail repair methods. This paper studies the method of repairing the guide rail surface by attaching the soft belt of the guide rail to the bottom surface of the moving guide rail, that is, the repair technology of the guide rail surface. The friction interface of the sliding guide rail is analyzed in this paper. The characteristics of PTFE guideway soft tape were studied by using PTFE as substrate material. The feasibility of using soft tape instead of metal as sliding surface is analyzed. At the same time, the adhesion principle of two object surfaces and the characteristics of adhesive suitable for guide rail soft belt are studied. The physicochemical principle and binding mechanism of the interaction between the adhesive and the metal surface of the guide rail of the machine tool. The feasibility of repairing the sliding guideway surface by using the technology of guide-sticking film is demonstrated. The dynamic characteristics of the bonding surface of the slide-guide-rail are compared and analyzed. The dynamic characteristics of guideway can be effectively improved by the technique of guide-patch repair. Take the machine tool needed to repair guideway in a production line as an example. According to the actual situation, the overall plan of the guide rail repair is designed. According to the size and thickness of the machine tool guide rail, the rough machining scheme of each part of the guide rail is designed. At the same time, the concrete steps and technology of the guide rail film repair are designed. According to the corresponding process, the corresponding auxiliary tools are designed to facilitate the repair work. Finally, the position accuracy of the repaired guide rail is detected, and the accuracy compensation of the guide rail position is carried out according to the precision requirements of the guide rail.
