【摘要】:陶瓷增强镍基复合材料具有良好的抗氧化、耐蚀、耐高温等性能,是航空、舰船以及工业燃气涡轮发动机等重要受热部件表面首选的防护涂层材料。本实验采用Sn Cl2敏化和Pd Cl2活化的方法在HP4A1型氧化铝粉体表面进行化学镀镍,然后分别采用亚微米级原始氧化铝粉体和表面镀镍氧化铝粉体电沉积制备Ni-Al_2O_3复合涂层,并对涂层质量及其影响因素进行了研究。研究了不同粉体特征、表面活性剂种类和浓度对镀液中颗粒稳定性、分散度以及涂层中Al_2O_3颗粒分布和浓度、涂层性能的影响。所使用的表面活性剂包括十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)、曲拉通X-100(Triton X-100)和十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)。采用粒度测试和沉降方法测定颗粒在镀液中的稳定性,并用扫面电镜(SEM)分析涂层结构。结果表明,镀镍后的氧化铝粉体在使用表面活性剂的镀液中沉降较平稳,表面活性剂对其稳定性影响较大,而对原始氧化铝粉体的沉降影响很小。相较来说,SDS对镀液稳定性影响最大,更有利于颗粒在镀液中的稳定性。单种表面活性剂对原始氧化铝粉体的粒度影响很小,而两种表面活性剂复合添加甚至会产生“负作用”。CTAB对镀镍后的Al_2O_3粒度的影响较小,而Triton X-100能让镀镍后的Al_2O_3的粒度变小,而SDS可以使镀镍后的Al_2O_3颗粒粒度明显降低。采用镀镍后的氧化铝粉体得到的Ni-Al_2O_3镀层硬度明显高于采用原始氧化铝粉体获得的镀层硬度。
[Abstract]:Ceramic reinforced nickel matrix composites have good oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and other properties, it is aviation. The first choice of protective coating material on the surface of important heated parts such as ship and industrial gas turbine engine. Sn Cl2 sensitization and PD were used in this experiment. Electroless nickel plating was carried out on the surface of HP4A1 alumina powder by Cl2 activation. Then the Ni-Al_2O_3 composite coatings were prepared by electrodeposition of sub-micron raw alumina powder and nickel-plated alumina powder respectively. The quality of the coating and its influencing factors were studied. The stability of particles in the bath was studied with different powder characteristics, kinds and concentrations of surfactants. Dispersion, the distribution and concentration of Al_2O_3 particles in the coating, and the influence of coating properties. The surfactants used include 12 alkyl sodium sulfate. Triton X-100) and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTABX). Particle size measurement and sedimentation method were used to determine the stability of the particles in the plating solution. The structure of the coating was analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results showed that the deposition of the Al _ 2O _ 3 powder after nickel plating was stable in the bath with surfactant, and the surfactant had a great influence on the stability of the coating. However, the effect of SDS on the deposition of the original alumina powder is very small, and SDS has the greatest influence on the stability of the plating solution. The single surfactant has little effect on the particle size of the original alumina powder. However, the compound addition of two surfactants can even produce "negative effect". CTAB has little effect on the size of Al_2O_3 after nickel plating. And Triton X-100 can make the size of Al_2O_3 after nickel plating become smaller. However, SDS can obviously reduce the particle size of Al_2O_3 after nickel plating, and the hardness of Ni-Al_2O_3 coating obtained by nickel plating alumina powder is obviously higher than that obtained by using the original alumina powder.
