逆变点焊机伺服加压系统研究

【摘要】:电阻点焊(RSW)具备生产效率高、适应自动化作业的优点,是汽车、航空航天、电子等工业频繁采用的加工工艺。然而,焊点熔核形成时间短、焊接过程受多种因素影响,且各种因素之间存在不同程度随机性的交互作用致使点焊的质量难以准确控制。本论文将在逆变点焊机基础上改进加压装置、控制装置这两大部分,加强点焊的质量和精度。加压装置部分,用伺服加压代替气动加压、弹簧随动加压等传统的加压方式,设计了最大加压压力为5KN的伺服加压机构。加压机构采用松下MDMA系列伺服电机作为动力装置,以滚珠丝杠作为主要的传动机构,将旋转运动转化为电极的直线往复运动。结构简单紧凑,经过强度、刚度验证符合设计要求。在导向部分中,用滑块代替现有伺服加压机构的光杠作为导轨,有效地提高加压稳定性。控制装置部分,根据伺服加压机构的特点及逆变点焊系统的要求,开发了以ARM Cotex-M3内核的STM32F103VET6作为主控芯片的点焊系统,实现了对逆变电源和伺服加压机构的精确控制,和人机界面的通讯。选用触摸屏作为人机交互终端,制作了包含焊接参数设置、系统监控、故障诊断、数据传输四个界面。软件方面引入了μC/OS-II实时操作系统,并给出了μC/OS-II移植过程所需代码。本文设计了基于中频逆变的伺服加压点焊设备,具有伺服加压压力大、精度高、响应速度快的特点,为伺服加压设备的制造提供了有效的技术支持。
[Abstract]:Resistance spot welding (RSWs) has the advantages of high production efficiency, suitable for automatic operation, and is frequently used in automobile, aerospace, electronics and other industries. However, the forming time of solder joint nugget is short. The welding process is affected by many factors, and the interaction between various factors makes it difficult to control the quality of spot welding accurately. This paper will improve the pressurization device on the basis of inverter spot welding machine. The quality and precision of spot welding are strengthened. In the part of pressure device, servo pressure is used to replace pneumatic pressure and spring follow up pressure and other traditional pressurization methods. A 5KN servo-pressurizing mechanism with maximum pressure of 5KN is designed. Panasonic MDMA series servo motor is used as power device and ball screw as main transmission mechanism. The rotating motion is converted into the linear reciprocating motion of the electrode. The structure is simple and compact, and the strength and stiffness of the guide are verified to meet the design requirements. In the guide part, the slide block is used instead of the optical bar of the existing servo pressure mechanism as the guide rail. Control device, according to the characteristics of servo pressurizing mechanism and the requirements of inverter spot welding system. A spot welding system with STM32F103VET6 of ARM Cotex-M3 kernel as the main control chip is developed, and the accurate control of inverter power supply and servo pressurization mechanism is realized. The touch screen is chosen as the man-machine interactive terminal, which includes welding parameter setting, system monitoring and fault diagnosis. Four interfaces for data transmission. The 渭 C / OS-II real-time operating system is introduced into the software. The code of 渭 C / OS-II transplantation process is given. A servo pressurized spot welding equipment based on intermediate frequency inverter is designed in this paper, which has the characteristics of high pressure, high precision and fast response speed. It provides effective technical support for the manufacture of servo pressure equipment.
