【摘要】:介绍了在镍硅铜合金基础上加入铝及微量铍元素,以提高其耐高温性能,制备的CuNi2SiCrAl合金经20%冷变形再时效的综合性能尤其是高温性能优于未冷变形时效的状态;经920℃固溶+20%冷变形+(435~465)℃×6h处理后,具有优良的常温、高温力学性能及抗高温软化性能,各项性能指标接近CuCo2BeZr合金,远高于CuNi2SiCr合金。
