钢结构涂层受风沙冲蚀程度评价和相似性分析

【摘要】:针对内蒙古中西部地区钢结构体系表面涂层长期遭受风沙冲蚀这一现状,采用气流挟沙喷射法,对钢结构涂层受风沙冲蚀磨损的程度进行了研究及分析;提出了评价涂层冲蚀磨损程度的计算方法,并应用相似性理论将试验结果与实际工况进行了对比分析.结果表明:涂层的冲蚀磨损质量损失随冲蚀速度的增加而增加;最大冲蚀磨损质量损失出现在冲蚀角度为45°时,最小冲蚀磨损质量损失出现在冲蚀角度为90°时;所提出的涂层冲蚀磨损程度评价公式计算结果与试验结果基本吻合;试验条件为下沙率360g/min,冲蚀速度30m/s,冲蚀时间12min的涂层冲蚀磨损结果,相当于强沙尘暴密集区的钢结构涂层受到5.05~83.0个月的冲蚀磨损.
[Abstract]:In view of the fact that the surface coating of steel structure system has been eroded by wind and sand for a long time in the central and western region of Inner Mongolia, the degree of erosion and wear of the coating of steel structure by wind and sand erosion is studied and analyzed by means of airflow sand jet method. A calculation method to evaluate the erosion wear degree of coating is put forward, and the test results are compared with the actual working conditions by using similarity theory. The results show that the erosion wear mass loss of the coating increases with the increase of erosion velocity. The maximum erosion wear mass loss occurs when the erosion angle is 45 掳and the minimum erosion wear mass loss occurs when the erosion angle is 90 掳. The experimental conditions are as follows: the erosion rate is 360 g / min, the erosion rate is 30 m / s, and the erosion time is 12 min, which is equivalent to the erosion wear of steel structure coating in the area of strong dust storm concentration for 5.05 ~ 83.0 months.
