翻转课堂教学模式在中职数控专业教学中的实践研究

【摘要】:信息技术的飞速发展,给职业教育发展带来了更新的教育理念和动力,使教学内容、方法和模式发生了深刻的变革,实现以知识传授为主的教学模式向以综合能力培养为主的教学模式的转变。而翻转课堂教学模式就是这一变革的产物,这种模式所秉持的教育理念是“以学生为中心”,学生在这种模式下学习,能够发扬自己的个性,进而在学习上体现出主动性,并促进课堂效率明显提升。本研究以嘉兴技师学院为例,以信息技术与教育深度融合为教学改革的突破口,结合中职数控专业教学现状,构建适合中职数控专业的本土化的翻转课堂教学新模式,提高中职数控专业课程的教学效果。笔者在本文中,主要围绕以下四个方面开展研究。1.采用文献研究法,以翻转课堂这种教学模式为研究对象,对国内外的相关研究及现状进行了归纳与分析,并结合当前中职数控专业的教学现状,围绕中职数控专业翻转课堂教学模式展开具体研究,同时,在积极借鉴已有翻转课堂教学模式的基础上,扬长避短,构建出适合中职学校数控专业的“一心二主六步十环”翻转课堂新模式。2.以《数控车编程与加工》课程为例,基于“一心二主六步十环”翻转课堂新模式展开教学设计,分别对学习者、学习任务、学习目标、学习策略以及学习的资源、环境、评价等,从8个方面,对教学进行设计。3.按照前述的有关分析研究,采用实验法进行进一步论证,论证过程中设置了实验班和对照班,同时,按照前面设计的教学方案,选取数控专业技术基础课、机房虚拟操作课及车间实际操作课中某一课题项目作为实践案例,分析其课堂教学效果。4.通过实验班学生调查问卷结果分析及对比期末考试及技能考核结果,验证了“一心二主六步十环”翻转课堂新模式在中职数控专业课堂教学中的有效性、优越性。研究结果表明,学生能够顺利适应于“一心二主六步十环”翻转课堂教学模式,在这种模式下学生的课余时间被充分利用、学生的小组合作能力和实操能力等综合能力都得到了明显的提高,课堂教学效果显著。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of information technology has brought new educational idea and motive force to the development of vocational education, and has made profound changes in teaching contents, methods and modes. To realize the transformation from the teaching mode based on knowledge imparting to the teaching mode based on comprehensive ability cultivation, and the flipping classroom teaching model is the product of this change. This mode of education is guided by the concept of "student-centered", in which students can develop their own personality and thus manifest their initiative in learning. This study takes Jiaxing technician College as an example, takes the integration of information technology and education as the breakthrough point of teaching reform, and combines the teaching situation of numerical control major in secondary vocational school. In this paper, the author mainly focuses on the following four aspects of research. 1. The method of literature research is used to improve the teaching effect of numerical control specialty in secondary vocational school, which is suitable for numerical control specialty in secondary vocational school. Taking the teaching mode of flipping classroom as the research object, this paper sums up and analyzes the relevant research and present situation at home and abroad, and combines with the current teaching situation of numerical control major in secondary vocational school. Focusing on the turnover classroom teaching model of secondary vocational NC major, the author also makes use of the existing flipping classroom teaching model to promote the advantages and avoid the disadvantages. This paper constructs a new model of "one mind, two main, six steps and ten rings", which is suitable for numerical control major in secondary vocational school. 2. Taking the course "NC vehicle programming and processing" as an example, the teaching design is carried out based on the "one mind, two main, six steps and ten rings" flipping class. For learners, learning tasks, learning goals, learning strategies and learning resources, environment, evaluation, etc., from 8 aspects, the teaching is designed .3.According to the above relevant analysis and research, the experimental method is used to further demonstrate, In the process of demonstration, the experimental class and the control class are set up. At the same time, according to the teaching scheme designed before, a subject item in the basic course of NC major, virtual operation course in computer room and practical operation course in workshop is selected as a practical case. Analyzing the effect of classroom teaching. 4. Through analyzing the result of questionnaire and comparing the result of final examination and skill examination, the author verifies the effectiveness of the new flipping model of "one mind, two main, six steps, ten rings" in the classroom teaching of NC major in secondary vocational school. The results of the study show that students can adapt to the "one mind, two main, six steps, ten rings" flipping classroom teaching mode, in which the students' spare time is fully utilized. The students' comprehensive ability of group cooperation and practical operation has been improved obviously, and the classroom teaching effect is remarkable.
