德国琼格精密平面磨床的再制造

【摘要】:机床再制造是一种基于废旧机床资源循环利用但又区别于机床维修的机床制造新模式。旧机床的再制造最大程度的改善了我国机械制造业的困境:我国机床的保有量占世界首位,但是整体技术水平落后,一大部分机床面临着技术性或者功能性的淘汰。旧机床再制造的推广不仅是解决我国旧机床处理过程所存在问题的有效途径,而且再制造的“新机床”综合能力也得到了提升。本文根据旧机床再制造的理念和经验,结合企业实例,完成一台德国琼格小型精密平面磨床基于PLC的再制造。运用现代先进制造技术,现代机床设计理念、方法等对废旧机床进行可再制造性评估、拆卸以及创新性再设计、再加工、再装配,最终完成一台“新机床”。根据再制造的一般步骤,本文分为以下几个部分:首先,分析了机床再制造产业发展的需求以及机床再制造技术发展的迫切性和研究意义,结合所选课题,进行可再制造性评估,并确定新的设计方案——PLC控制。其次,对课题整体系统进行分析并改进,根据新方案为各部分确定控制方式,对机床进行再加工、再装配,对新系统进行调试和试运行。最后,结合已完成的再制造机床,搭建实验台,实现其与工业机器人的对接应用,为再制造出的“新机床”添加新的应用功能。
[Abstract]:Machine tool remanufacturing is a new mode of machine tool manufacturing based on recycling of waste machine tool resources but different from machine tool maintenance. The remanufacture of old machine tool improves the dilemma of machinery manufacturing industry in our country to the greatest extent: the guarantee of machine tool in our country. The largest number in the world, However, the overall technical level is backward, and a large number of machine tools are facing technical or functional elimination. The promotion of remanufacturing of the old machine tools is not only an effective way to solve the problems existing in the processing process of the old machine tools in China. Moreover, the comprehensive capability of the "new machine tool" for remanufacturing has also been improved. According to the concept and experience of the remanufacturing of the old machine tool, this paper combines the enterprise example, To complete the remanufacture of a small precision plane grinder based on PLC in Germany. Using modern advanced manufacturing technology, modern machine tool design concept, methods and so on, to evaluate the remanufacturability, disassembly, innovative redesign and reprocessing of used machine tools. According to the general steps of remanufacturing, this paper is divided into the following parts: firstly, the requirements of the development of the machine tool remanufacturing industry and the urgency and significance of the development of the machine tool remanufacturing technology are analyzed. Combined with the selected project, the remanufacturability evaluation is carried out, and a new design scheme, PLC control, is determined. Secondly, the overall system of the project is analyzed and improved. According to the new scheme, the control mode is determined for each part, and the machine tool is reprocessed and reassembled. The new system is debugged and trial-run. Finally, the experiment bench is built with the finished remanufacturing machine tool to realize the docking application with the industrial robot, and a new application function is added for the remanufactured "new machine tool".
