510L免酸洗黑皮钢的研究与开发

【摘要】:免酸洗技术是一种省略传统酸洗工艺对热轧带钢表面氧化铁皮进行处理的技术。该技术的氧化铁皮主要以Fe3O4为主相,结构致密紧凑,在后续深加工过程中与钢板一起变形而不脱落,下游企业及用户在使用时可不经酸洗处理直接冲压使用,从而实现免酸洗功能。本文主要研究了热轧卷板(510L汽车大梁钢)的氧化铁皮存在形态、影响因素、形成机理等内容。在氧化动力学模型及FeO共析反应等试验结果和模拟结果基础上,进行了二次工业性试制,成功开发出满足汽车行业用户要求的高级别510L免酸洗黑皮钢。最终确定了加热炉出炉温度为1200℃,粗轧前除鳞压力为190 bar,精轧前除鳞压力为160bar,F7架精轧出口温度为880℃,甩尾速度采用13m/s的“高温、快轧”工艺路线。同时,通过对两次工业试制产品结果进行性能检测分析,发现各项性能指标能够满足510L钢国标要求及下游用户的冲压使用要求,且性能稳定。在钢板不经过酸洗情况下直接冲压成结构件进行使用,钢板表面氧化铁皮不脱落,表面质量和性能指标均满足用户要求,适合工业性生产和推广使用。
[Abstract]:The no-acid pickling technology is a kind of technology which omits the traditional pickling technology to treat the surface oxidized iron sheet of hot rolled strip. The main phase of this technology is Fe3O4, the structure is compact and compact. In the subsequent deep processing process with steel plate deformation without falling off, downstream enterprises and users in the use of direct stamping without pickling treatment, In order to realize the function of no-pickling, this paper mainly studies the existing form of oxidized iron sheet and the influencing factors of hot rolled coiling plate (510L automobile beam steel). Based on the oxidation kinetic model, FeO eutectoid reaction and simulation results, the secondary industrial trial production was carried out.
