退火工艺对高强IF钢组织织构和性能的影响

【摘要】:高强度IF钢是一种在IF钢中添加P、Si、Mn等固溶强化元素后获得的高强度汽车钢板品种,属于具备深冲性能的高强钢。这是一种典型的兼具良好的成形性和较高的强度的新型汽车用钢,是一种理想的汽车用钢,同时也是现在应用最广泛的一种汽车板材材料。由于高强IF钢具有特殊的性能,所以高强IF钢的研究开发,对现代社会提倡的节约能源,保护环境具有十分重要的意义。本文以攀钢生产的型号为P210P1以及P250P1两种高强度IF钢热轧钢板为试验材料,重点研究了冷轧压下率和退火工艺(退火温度、保温时间)对高强IF钢组织织构和性能的影响。先在攀钢冷轧实验室对试验钢进行55%、65%、75%和85%四种不同冷轧压下率的冷轧试验,再将IF钢制成退火试样。然后在实验室中进行六个不同退火温度(780℃、800℃、820℃、840℃、860℃、880℃),四个不同保温时间(30S、60S、90S、120S)的盐浴炉模拟连续退火试验。通过研究冷轧压下率以及退火工艺两个因素对高强IF钢显微组织、织构还有综合力学性能的影响程度,以此来确定其最佳冷轧压下率和退火温度范围。显微组织研究表明:退火再结晶晶粒尺寸随着冷轧压下率的增大变得更加细小,分布均匀,从不规则形状逐渐成为等轴状晶粒。而晶粒尺寸随着退火温度的增加在增大,且晶粒形状有从饼状变为等轴状的趋势。保温时间对再结晶晶粒尺寸的影响并不明显。力学性能测试结果表明:冷轧压下率的增加,有利于提高高强IF钢的强度和深冲性能。退火温度的提高虽然使试验钢的强度有所降低,但对提高IF钢r值,提升高强IF钢深冲性能是绝对有利的。当冷轧压下率为75%~85%,退火温度为860℃附近时,高强IF钢达到较好的强塑性匹配,具有良好的综合力学性能。织构研究表明:高强IF钢冷轧板的首要织构组分有{112}110、{111}110、{111}112还有{001}110等,γ取向线上{111}112织构是退火后再结晶织构的主要强点。表明适当提高退火温度,有利于IF钢再结晶织构的改善,从而获得良好的深冲性能。以上研究内容,可以在一定程度上指导高强IF钢的工业生产。
