过盈联接零件装配的力-位移在线监控系统的研究

【摘要】:在机械装配过程中,零件之间采用过盈联接的方式到处可见,因此过盈联接是仅次于螺纹联接的常用联接方式。过盈联接配合的实现基本上采用压装的方式,而压装质量的好坏对其后续使用有着重要的影响。当前,对于过盈联接压装后质量的判定还存在着一些不足,导致其判断的准确性并没有达到理想的水平,出现较多的误判断。本篇论文通过对压装质量判断现状进行分析后,提出了一种基于压装力-位移曲线的优化判断原则,并且基于虚拟仪器LabVIEW软件开发了由工控机作为上位机的在线监控系统,进一步提高了对于压装合件判断的准确性,同时对于上一道零件加工工序的改进也可以起到参考和引导作用。首先,本文通过研究国内外过盈联接技术,在理论上对于压装力和压装位移之间的关系做了分析,并且针对实际情况中会出现的满足泰勒原则的锥度孔的压装情况,进行了理论上的分析,并且确定出锥度孔压装的合格与否的判据。其次,根据理论上的分析研究,提出满足要求的压装力-位移曲线判断原则,并且对可能出现的一些结果情况进行了分析和说明。并提出对理论压装力-位移曲线的修正方法,使之更符合生产实际。然后,对在线监控系统的控制策略进行了分析和研究,并且通过理论计算,得出了控制策略参数的选择依据,并且对监控系统的设计原则进行了详细的阐述。最后,在对测试系统进行搭建后,通过以虚拟仪器LabVIEW作为开发平台,围绕上位机的各个控制界面进行了设计开发,使之对压装过程与质量监控智能化。该论文的完成既依赖一定的理论基础,又有控制理论的研讨和控制系统的设计,具有较强的实用性,对压装判断技术是完善与补充,具有一定的重要意义。
[Abstract]:In the process of mechanical assembly, interference connection is widely used among parts, so interference joint is second only to thread connection. At present, there are still some shortcomings in judging the quality of interference connection after pressing, which results in the accuracy of its judgment not up to the ideal level. After analyzing the present situation of the quality judgment of pressure-loading, this paper puts forward an optimal judgment principle based on pressure-displacement curve. And based on the virtual instrument LabVIEW software, an on-line monitoring system is developed, which is used by the industrial control computer as the upper computer, which further improves the accuracy of judging the pressure-assembly assembly. At the same time, it can also play a reference and guidance role for the improvement of the previous part processing procedure. Firstly, this paper analyzes the relationship between the pressure and the pressure displacement in theory by studying the interference connection technology at home and abroad. And in view of the actual situation of the taper hole which meets the Taylor principle, the theoretical analysis is carried out, and the criterion of whether the taper hole is fit or not is determined. Secondly, according to the theoretical analysis, The principle of judging the pressure-displacement curve which meets the requirements is put forward, and some possible results are analyzed and explained. The correction method of the theoretical pressure-displacement curve is put forward to make it more in line with the production practice. The control strategy of on-line monitoring system is analyzed and studied, and through theoretical calculation, the selection basis of control strategy parameters is obtained, and the design principle of monitoring system is elaborated in detail. After the test system is built, by using the virtual instrument LabVIEW as the development platform, the control interface of the host computer is designed and developed. The completion of this paper not only depends on certain theoretical foundation, but also has the research of control theory and the design of control system. Has certain significance.
