CVT变速器定滑轮自动化锻造生产线研究

【摘要】:定滑轮作为CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission——连续可变传动)里的关键零部件,其力学性能对CVT的稳定运行起了决定性的作用,CVT工作环境要求定滑轮必须具有较高的疲劳强度和结构刚度。因此从闭式锻造工艺的角度研究CVT变速器定滑轮自动化锻造生产线具有重要意义。本文首先从生产线设备选型开始研究,阐述自动化锻造生产线的设备构成及设备先进性,确定了各设备的型号、参数;其次对生产线过程传送及信号传输进行了研究,介绍了节能降耗及提升设备综合效率方面的辅助设备及装置;最后从模架设计和模具设计的角度对CVT变速器定滑轮的闭式锻造工艺进行了重点阐述。通过生产线的生产试做到最终量产,确认所建成的CVT变速器定滑轮自动锻造生产线是目前国内自动化程度最高的锻造生产线之一。
[Abstract]:As a key component in CVT continuously Variable transmission-continuous variable transmission, Its mechanical properties play a decisive role in the stable operation of CVT. The fixed pulley must have high fatigue strength and structural stiffness in its working environment. Therefore, the automatic study of the fixed pulley of CVT transmission is made from the angle of closed forging technology. It is of great significance to turn the forging production line. This paper begins with the equipment selection of the production line. This paper expounds the equipment composition and advanced nature of the automatic forging production line, determines the models and parameters of each equipment, and then studies the process transmission and signal transmission of the production line. The auxiliary equipment and device for saving energy and reducing consumption and improving the comprehensive efficiency of equipment are introduced. Finally, the closed forging technology of the fixed pulley of CVT transmission is expounded from the point of view of die frame design and die design, and the final mass production is achieved through the production of the production line. It is confirmed that the automatic forging production line for fixed pulley of CVT transmission is one of the most automatic forging production lines in China.
