基于ELID精密镜面磨削技术的外圆精加工工艺

【摘要】:为了探究外圆精加工的新途径,采用在线电解修整(electrolytic in-process dressing,ELID)精密镜面磨削技术,对外圆进行ELID精密超精密磨削实验.鉴于许多典型难加工材料的平面精密加工和高效加工是通过ELID精密镜面磨削技术解决的,通过改装机床工艺设备、优化工艺参数,得到当砂轮线速度为20 m/s、磨削深度为10μm、电极间隙为0.3 mm、电压为10 V、电流为1 A、占空比为2/3时,已加工表面的表面粗糙度为0.025μm,外圆磨削状态最佳,加工工件的表面质量最优.
[Abstract]:In order to explore new ways of cylindrical finish machining, the electrolytic in-process dressing (electrolytic in-process, dressing, ELID) precision mirror surface grinding technology, cylindrical ELID precision and ultra precision grinding experiments. In view of many typical difficult to machine material plane precision machining and high efficiency machining are solved by ELID precision mirror surface grinding technology, the modified machine processing equipment optimization of process parameters, when the wheel speed is 20 m/s, the grinding depth is 10 m, the electrode gap is 0.3 mm, voltage 10 V, current of 1 A, the duty ratio is 2/3, the machined surface roughness of 0.025 m cylindrical grinding, optimal surface quality the optimal processing of the workpiece.
