空气炉中氧化铝陶瓷反应钎焊工艺研究

【摘要】:Al2O3陶瓷材料具有耐磨损,耐腐蚀,耐高温等性能,在工业领域中具有广泛应用。由于制造形状复杂或大尺寸的零件的需要,实现其连接常是Al2O3陶瓷在某些应用中的关键技术之一。本文以Ag72Cu28为钎料,在空气炉中实现了95-Al2O3陶瓷的钎焊连接,分别研究了Ti O2和Cu O作为氧化物润湿剂的助焊效果。研究表明:(1)当以Ti O2为钎焊助剂时,最佳工艺参数是:钎焊温度1080℃,保温时间10min,Ti O2含量5wt.%。得到的钎焊接头剪切强度高达24.91MPa。接头焊缝界面结合层的主要物相组成为Cu Al2O4、Ti O、Ti O2、Cu O、Cu3Ti O4。(2)当以Cu O为钎焊助剂时,最佳工艺参数是:钎焊温度1050℃,保温时间10min,Cu O含量10wt.%。得到的钎焊接头剪切强度高达39.04MPa。接头焊缝界面结合层的主要物相组成为Cu O和Cu Al2O4、Cu Al O2。(3)Ti O2与Cu O提高了Ag72Cu28共晶钎料对Al2O3陶瓷的浸润能力。根据SEM、EDS、XRD等分析结果,结合相关热力学原理,推导Ti O2或Cu O作为氧化物润湿剂的界面反应机理。
[Abstract]:Al2O3 ceramic materials have been widely used in industry because of their wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance. In this paper, the brazing bonding of 95-Al _ 2O _ 3 ceramics in air furnace is realized by using Ag72Cu28 as solder, which is one of the key technologies in some applications of Al2O3 ceramics.
