机床专用夹具库的开发与应用

【摘要】:夹具设计是集知识、经验决策、计算、绘图于一体的结构设计,而且设计工作往往都是相似设计或系列化设计,会经常运用到已有的设计结果,其设计过程也基本一致。因此将以往的设计知识进行重用,通过迭代、修改、重组设计过程,即能够产生高质量的夹具设计,实现夹具设计的快速化。针对现有夹具设计系统的不足,结合通用机床夹具的设计特点,在模块化设计、参数化设计、相似原理技术的指导下,建立了机床专用夹具库系统。系统以CATIA软件为开发平台,完成夹具图形库的零件设计、装配设计、工程制图等[1];以VB语言为开发环境,运用CATIA Automation技术和Macro Recording的结合建立程序库;以Access为数据库支撑平台,实现数据库信息的建立、修改、导入、导出;通过建立友好的人机交互界面,实现用户与系统的连接;从而实现了专用夹具设计的智能化、自动化、数字化和标准化。根据夹具设计的结构特点,文章将系统自顶向下地按功能划分为典型夹具案列模块、标准件模块、非标准件模块、分析计算模块、帮助模块五大模块[1];详细的探讨了系统的关键技术,如图形库、创建程序库、数据库的建立与连接、人机交互界面等;并以V形块的系列化设计为例,对系统实现的过程进行有力的阐述。最后,文章简单介绍了运用机床专用夹具库进行快速设计专用夹具的工作流程和步骤。在快速设计专用夹具中,提出了采用相似实例匹配技术的方法,通过综合交叉运用系统各功能模块,实现了专用夹具的快速设计。通过结合实例,验证了该系统可高效快捷的实现专用夹具设计,提高了专用夹具设计的自动化程度,加强了夹具设计的标准化、系列化。
[Abstract]:Fixture design is a structural design that integrates knowledge, empirical decision making, calculation and drawing, and the design work is often similar or serialized, often applied to existing design results. The design process is basically the same. Therefore, the previous design knowledge is reused, the design process can be iterated, modified and reorganized, that is, the high quality fixture design can be produced. Aiming at the deficiency of the existing fixture design system and combining the characteristics of general machine tool fixture design, under the guidance of modularization design, parameterized design and similarity principle technology, A special fixture library system for machine tools is established. The system uses CATIA software as the development platform to complete the parts design, assembly design and engineering drawing of the fixture graphics library [1], taking VB language as the development environment, using the combination of CATIA Automation technology and Macro Recording to establish the program library. Access is used as the database support platform to realize the establishment, modification, import and export of database information, to realize the connection between user and system by establishing friendly man-machine interface, and to realize the intelligent and automatic design of special fixture. Digitization and standardization. According to the structural characteristics of fixture design, this paper divides the system into typical fixture plan module, standard part module, non-standard part module, analysis and calculation module according to the function. Five modules of help module [1]; discusses the key technologies of the system in detail, such as graphic library, program library, database establishment and connection, man-machine interface, etc., and takes the series design of V-shaped block as an example. Finally, the paper briefly introduces the workflow and steps of rapid design of special fixture by using special fixture library of machine tool. In this paper, the method of similar case matching technology is put forward, and the rapid design of special fixture is realized by synthesizing the function modules of the system, and it is proved that the system can realize the design of special fixture efficiently and quickly by combining with an example. The automation degree of special fixture design is improved, and the standardization and serialization of fixture design are strengthened.
