钒对电子电气用镁合金组织与性能的影响分析

【摘要】:采用搅拌摩擦加工方法,成功将金属钒粉高效地添加到铸态AZ81母体镁合金中,制备出电子电气用新型含钒镁合金,并进行显微组织、物相组成、微观织构和力学性能的测试与分析。结果表明:新型合金晶粒细小,由α-Mg基体相和少量的Mg_(17)Al_(12)相、Al3V相组成。与铸态AZ81母体镁合金相比,该新型含钒镁合金内部显微织构明显弱化、力学性能明显提高,织构Max值降低30%,抗拉强度提高27%,屈服强度提高60%,断后伸长率提高82%,断裂方式从混合断裂变为韧性断裂。
[Abstract]:A new type of vanadium containing magnesium alloy for electronic and electrical applications was successfully prepared by friction stir processing. The vanadium powder was added to the as-cast AZ81 magnesium alloy, and the microstructure and phase composition of the new vanadium containing magnesium alloy were obtained. The microtexture and mechanical properties of the new alloy are measured and analyzed. The results show that the microstructure of the new alloy is fine, consisting of 伪 -Mg matrix phase and a small amount of mg / Mg-17 / Al / Al _ (12) Al _ 3V phase. Compared with the as-cast AZ81 matrix magnesium alloy, the microstructure of the new type of vanadium containing magnesium alloy is obviously weakened. The mechanical properties were obviously improved, the Max value of texture decreased by 30%, the tensile strength increased by 27%, the yield strength increased by 60%, the elongation after fracture increased by 82%, and the fracture mode changed from mixed fracture to ductile fracture.
