二十辊轧机振痕振动激励机理与振动特征识别方法研究

【摘要】:不锈钢广泛应用于航空航天、通信、汽车工业以及生活的各个方面。随着我国制造业的飞速发展,其对钢铁产品需求量持续增加,同时其制造精度的需要对不锈钢性能和质量的要求越来越高。然而,带钢在轧制过程中,表面会产生明暗交替的振痕,严重影响带钢表面质量,严重时必须进行重新加工或切除,大幅度地增加了企业生产成本,造成巨大的经济损失。因此,深入研究轧机振痕振动特征和激励机理,研究有效识别振痕振动的方法,提出减少振痕产生的控制措施,对提高带钢表面质量,具有重要的理论意义和工程价值。为有效地识别和监测振痕振动,本文针对诱发森吉米尔二十辊轧机振痕振动的激励机理和振痕振动特征进行了研究,基于轧机扭振打滑模型,分析了不同工况时轧辊扭矩变化特征,揭示了轧机扭振激励与振痕振动特征的关系;在分析前后滑区轧制力变化特征及不同轧制参数加载方式对轧机振痕振动特征影响的基础上,究明了轧制参数变化激励与振痕振动特征的关系;建立了轧辊缺陷时变接触刚度模型和轧机有限元模型,解明了轧辊和轴承局部缺陷诱发轧机振痕振动的激励机理和振动特征的问题。基于熵、自适应小波和小波包分解能量分布信号处理方法,提出了振痕振动识别方法,并以Labview软件为平台开发了轧机振痕振动实时在线监测系统。现场试验数据分析结果与理论分析结果的一致性,验证了理论分析的正确性和合理性。论文的主要研究工作如下:①基于轧机传动系统扭振动力学模型,将轧辊之间打滑引入到轧机传动系统扭振模型中,分析了轧机传动系统扭振激励与振痕振动特征的关系;通过对不同轧制速度,不同轧辊之间摩擦系数对轧机扭振特性影响的分析,揭示了轧制速度,摩擦系数对轧辊扭矩的影响特征,并研究了轧机扭振的控制方法。试验结果与仿真结果的一致性,不仅验证了理论分析轧机振痕振动特征的正确性,而且为轧机机扭振诱发轧机振痕振动特征的有效识别提供了理论与实践依据。②针对轧制参数变化激励与轧机振痕振动特征关系的问题,分析了轧制过程中前滑区和后滑区变化对轧制力的影响和轧制力变化规律;基于森吉米尔二十辊轧机垂向横向耦合的动力学模型,研究了轧制力和轧机速度对轧机振痕振动特征的影响,揭示了轧制参数变化激励与轧机振痕振动特征的关系。同时通过试验验证了轧制力变化规律和森吉米尔轧机动力学模型的正确性和有效性,为分析和识别振痕振动提供了理论与实践依据。③针对轧辊和轴承局部缺陷诱发振痕振动的激励机理和振动特征的问题,在考虑轧辊局部缺陷时轧辊之间的边缘接触效应基础上,分析了轧辊之间接触刚度变化过程,揭示了轧辊局部缺陷诱发轧机振痕振动的激励机理和振动特征;建立了轧机三维有限元模型,分析了轴承局部缺陷时轧机振痕振动特征。通过试验数据验证了仿真结果的正确性和模型的有效性,为研究轧机局部缺陷诱发振痕振动的激励机理和振痕振动特征识别方法奠定了基础。④针对轧机振动信号非平稳特征和轧机振痕振动特征识别问题,引入了包络谱信息熵和排列熵方法,分析了振痕振动时轧机加速度信号及扭矩信号的特征;基于自适应小波方法,分析了轧辊表面缺陷尺寸大小对轧机振痕振动特征的影响;提出了小波包分解能量分布的方法,研究了振痕特征频率分布特征。通过试验结果与仿真结果的对比,验证了包络谱信息熵和排列熵,自适应小波方法,以及小波包分解能量分布对振痕识别的有效性。⑤通过对轧机传动系统扭振、轧制参数变化、轧辊表面局部缺陷和轴承局部缺陷诱发轧机振痕振动激励机理与振痕振动特征关系的研究,揭示了不同激励机理时振痕振动特征的表现形式;另外,证实了采用振动加速度信号获得振痕振动特征的有效性,在结合最佳监测测点选择研究的基础上,利用Labview软件开发了一套森吉米尔二十辊轧机振痕振动实时在线监测系统,该系统具有无线与有线发射信号,信号采集与信号分析,以及数据回放等功能。通过对森吉米尔二十辊轧机长期监测,取得了较为满意的报警监测效果,为实时在线监测,及时发现振痕振动提供了切实可行的工具。
[Abstract]:Stainless steel is widely used in aerospace, communication, automobile industry and all aspects of life. With the rapid development of China's manufacturing industry, the demand for steel products continued to increase, while the manufacturing precision of the need for stainless steel performance and quality have become increasingly demanding. However, the strip in the rolling process, the surface will produce light and shade alternate oscillation marks seriously affect the surface quality of the strip, which must be reworked or removed, greatly increased production costs, resulting in huge economic losses. Therefore, in-depth study of rolling mill vibration mark vibration characteristics and incentive mechanism, method of effective identification of oscillation mark vibration, puts forward the control measures to reduce vibration. To produce, to improve the surface quality of the strip, which has important theoretical significance and engineering value.
