钢丝绳损伤的电磁检测方法研究

【摘要】:在当前社会中随着经济的快速发展,钢丝绳在实际生活生产中的应用越来越多,如港口、起重提升、煤矿、电梯等中都得到了广泛的使用。但是随着钢丝绳在生活生产中的长期使用,其不免会发生锈蚀、磨损、断丝等损伤,如果不及时发现并处理这些问题,那么就必将造成生产损失和人员安全威胁,因此钢丝绳是否能安全使用就成为人们关注的重点。因为其使用的安全性直接关乎到人员的生命以及正常的工作能否顺利完成。要判定安全性就需要对其进行检测,不同的检测方法有不同的精度,因此,需要进一步探究其检测方法。钢丝绳损伤检测的结果可为准确评价钢丝绳目前的使用状态以及其剩余使用时间提供科学依据,以确保钢丝绳在生产生活中安全、稳定、长期的使用。本论文首先对钢丝绳的结构和各种损伤情况及其特点进行分析,其损伤检测主要针对钢丝绳在使用过程中常见的两种损伤类型:一种是金属截面积损伤类型,另一种是局部损伤类型。重点研究这两种损伤类型的定性、定量检测,通过对检测得到的漏磁信号进行预处理和定量计算,进而建立漏磁场信号与其损伤量值之间的关系,从而实现对其损伤判定。其次,利用基于集成霍尔元件的钢丝绳损伤检测系统所获得的钢丝绳损伤状况信息,判别钢丝绳的目前使用状态,为钢丝绳的安全使用评定提供有效的依据。同时,依据对钢丝绳的使用安全规程和报废标准开发钢丝绳使用状态评定系统,实现钢丝绳损伤的定量识别,并对其剩余使用时间做出估算。最后总结了研究过程中所取得的成果和显露出的不足,提出接下来对钢丝绳检测技术研究的基本构想,即针对实现钢丝绳多种损伤类型同时进行检测的方法。
[Abstract]:In the current society, with the rapid development of economy, the application of wire rope in real life production is more and more, such as port, lifting, coal mine, Elevators have been widely used. But with the long term use of wire ropes in daily life, corrosion, wear, wire breakage and other damage will inevitably occur. If these problems are not detected and dealt with in time, Then it will inevitably cause production losses and threats to the safety of personnel. Therefore, whether the wire rope can be used safely has become the focus of attention, because the safety of the wire rope is directly related to the life of the personnel and the smooth completion of the normal work. To determine the safety, it is necessary to test it. Different detection methods have different accuracy, therefore, it is necessary to further explore the detection methods. The results of damage detection of steel wire rope can provide scientific basis for accurate evaluation of the current status of wire rope and its remaining service time. In order to ensure the safety, stability and long-term use of the wire rope in production and life, this paper first analyzes the structure, various damage conditions and their characteristics of the wire rope. The damage detection is mainly aimed at two kinds of damage types: one is the metal cross section damage type, the other is the local damage type. Through preprocessing and quantitative calculation of magnetic flux leakage signal, the relationship between magnetic leakage signal and its damage value is established, and the damage judgement is realized. By using the damage information of wire rope obtained by the damage detection system of steel wire rope based on integrated Hall element, the current usage status of wire rope is judged, which provides an effective basis for the safety evaluation of wire rope. According to the safety rules for the use of steel wire rope and the scrap standard, a system for evaluating the use status of steel wire rope is developed to realize the quantitative identification of wire rope damage. Finally, the paper summarizes the achievements and shortcomings of the research, and puts forward the basic idea of the research of the steel wire rope detection technology. That is, the method of simultaneously detecting various damage types of wire rope at the same time.
