重防腐涂层环氧玻璃鳞片的防腐性能研究

【摘要】:环氧玻璃鳞片是一种重防腐涂料,尤其是像海洋重防腐领域,它的应用对海洋资源的开发和利用具有很大的促进作用。本文主要研究环氧玻璃鳞片的防腐蚀性能,通过摩擦磨损试验、低温暴露、盐雾、紫外老化、附着力、光泽度、耐阴极剥离、电化学阻抗谱等一系列的测试,研究玻璃鳞片的防腐和耐磨性能,利用正交分析从配方选择和施工工艺上对涂层材料进行研究,使其配方和工艺参数得到优化,涂层材料和性能更加优异。结果表明:压力0.70~0.75 MPa、走枪速度40~60 cm/s、喷涂距离15~20 cm、物料的初始温度范围40~70℃时,涂层的性能较好。环氧玻璃鳞片的耐磨性较好;耐蚀循环2400 h后,4种不同环氧类涂层表面均出现粉化、锈点,变色明显;环氧玻璃鳞片的结合力好于其他3种达到6.7MPa,并且划线处的起泡数目最少,单边扩蚀只有2.5 mm,失光率最小。采用正交试验设计的方法,对影响玻璃鳞片涂层结合力、人工循环老化时间、光泽度和耐磨性的几个因素进行试验,以数理统计为基础对试验结果进行计算和方差分析,结果表明:玻璃鳞片含量对涂层的性能影响最大,压力次之,温度和喷涂距离也有一定的影响;最佳的工艺参数范围是:玻璃鳞片含量为15%~30%;压力范围为0.7MPa~0.75 MPa;喷涂距离为5cm~20 cm;温度为50℃~60℃。用电化学的方法对环氧玻璃鳞片的耐腐蚀性能进行分析,通过分析环氧玻璃鳞片的EIS阻抗谱、涂层电阻电容的变化、吸水率和特征频率的变化特点,论证了环氧玻璃鳞片涂层在各个浸泡腐蚀阶段的防护机理,玻璃鳞片层层分割阻挡了腐蚀介质的侵入,有效提高了涂层的耐渗透性。
[Abstract]:Epoxy glass flake is a kind of heavy anticorrosive coating, especially in the field of ocean heavy anticorrosion. Its application can promote the development and utilization of marine resources. Through a series of tests, such as friction and wear test, low temperature exposure, salt spray, ultraviolet aging, adhesion, glossiness, cathodic peeling resistance, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, etc, the anticorrosion and wear resistance of glass scales were studied. By using orthogonal analysis, the coating material was studied in terms of formula selection and construction process, and its formulation and process parameters were optimized. The results show that the coating properties are better when the pressure is 0.70 ~ 0.75 MPa, the gun speed is 40 ~ 60 cm / s, the spraying distance is 1520 cm, the initial temperature range is 4070 鈩,
